Sports!

Would you really consider playing for a school team a form of entertainment? Maybe if it was professional or something, but I'm moving this back to OC.

Yes jon, as OE is not specifically for watching sports, but sports in general. All the other threads regarding the sports people like to watch and play have been in OE, so OE is where it stays.

Jon and me are right but...meh, doesn't matter

I've been playing soccer here in college for some time, and the transition is intense! Man, they'll break your ankles if your not careful, nothing to compared to the pattle pattle in high school.

I like getting out and doing defferent sports like Sk8 boarding, karate(Brown-black belt, one away from black belt), swimming, but don't do that much cause theres no swimming pool down here! I also like stunt bike and i want to have a go at snow-boarding and surfing. :D If it wasn't for sports i would be a fat boy that sits on the soffa all day, so sports saved my life!
 
All the sports mentioned in OE have been professionally played.

But meh... it's just going to get moved back here anyways, so there's no point in moving it.
 
If I were to play a sport in college it would probably be soccer or baseball. I love football and I'm pretty good at it, but I don't have the size like the other guys.

-OE is not specific as to whether you're watching the sport on tv or playing it, OE is for all sports. Previous threads regarding sport in OE have included topics talking about the members playing it themselves.

~sighs~ It's a shame to hear you say that Ivan.
I don't think size matters... I mean, I'm one of the shortest girls in my class but I'm still good at it... so I don't think you should just stop playing it because of your height if you really enjoy doing it the height doesn't really matter...
 
I didn't do any sport when I was at school... XD It was compulsory, but I got out of it first by doing first aid and then by managing to have music rehearsals during training times.

Size does matter in basketball. If you're a short dude, you're gonna get your shot blocked. If you're short and slow, you gonna get your shot blocked EVERYTIME. I'm pretty short, so...

I'm short, but big, there was a guy who told me I should play football.. but I never did.
 
Me,it's all about running for me!Now I'm in Cross-country,and in the winter I'll be in winter Track,and in the spring,I'll be in Track.I love running.
 
I only go to the gym 4 times a week.. and cycle 40 kilometres a day :)
 
Yeah but I mean I don't do sports like soccer or something or basketball.. I don't really like team sports :)

I do football at my middle school,and we're 1-3 ._.;.

But it's our first year! XD

Benchpressing...I think....around...I dunno. My GUESS(guess people! XD) would be around 110...I dunno.

I'll check it out tomorrow.

Size does matter in college football. I'm 5'9 150. I would be playing against people 6'6 320+.
