No I mean a Administrator. Not a staff Admin. There are some differences.

A cow is a female. Same with heiffer. I think they are the same thing. Bulls are the males.

Staff Administrator is the same as Administrator (at least for me). I can't go any higher. Even if I had a site and had a blue/italic name I wouldn't be any higher then I am now.
