Claire banned it even though you let me rejoin. Then I talked to her, apologized, she let me rejoin and she let me use this name, but that other name remains banned.

If you really want it un-banned then go bug Jorge and tell him I give the ok to un-ban it.
But you have to remember, the accounts are not going to be merged.
