    This forum seems to appear some places and not others.

    When I view the Offtopic Category, it's listed as a subforum to HotS, but yet when I go into HotS, it's not shown at the top like other subforums are.

    Anyone tell me what's up?

    Well, I think it's not ready for public yet.
    That's why they hide it.
     
    My guess is it's a forum that... wasn't meant to be public (or at least not yet anyway). I'm fairly certain there's an option to hide a forum from the dropdown forum list and I suppose also from certain forum listings.

    Although why is a complete mystery to me. o_o;;
