Sprite Theft - Need Help

The thief has owned up, but he still claims some sprites to be his own. For my piece of mind, if any of the following sprites are yours, or you recognize them to be by another user, please post. Otherwise, these are sprites by Rabzuz of PSP:

I've seen these on the Pokemon Script Project website, and they are posted by the same guy that claims them here.

Uhm... It says HGSS Sprite, so appearently it´s made by Nintendo, I´d say.

That guy's redrawn the sprites from screenshots he's seen, so the pose goes to Nintendo, but the pixels are his. At least, that's how I see it. The problem is, a different guy is trying to claim credit for that work, so I'm trying to fix that.

It looks like he's ripped them from the screenies and edited the parts which look bad.

he never ripped them realy no full screenshot has been shown yet only video clips and small images... he basicly copyed the pose and colours its not a accurate sprite.

I dont realy think any of the reposes are his... because some of the look professional and most of the look like he flip rotated arms and tails off dp sprites XD ive seen that barry before but i cant remember where....
