No samson ^^ i was born in 1993! XD Well i tried adding accesories to pokemon and one turned out alright. I got the idea from Dragonfree...
My Winter Pikachu With Neckerchief:

And Chaos Chao... I love the sprite but something is wrong. The wings don't merge with the body and the outlining on the wings doesnt go with the body either. I still love it ^^

Wattsie; The shading seems kind of unrealistic and odd, and the mouth seems a little deformed in a couple of places. The red spikes on the lower half seem to be protruding from the leg and the lines seems a little jagged. Color count: 50 Unique Colors

Chaos; The mouth shouldn't have a black outline, and the eye seems a little oddly shaped in some parts. It's left front leg is missing some pixels. The tails seem kind of oddly placed as well. Also, you've used way too many colors. I did a color count on it in Jasc and it says that there are 134 unique colors.

All I counted on paint was 12.

Yes but you have tons of black and gray pixels around your image. I put your pixel-over into PSP and I took all of those misplaced pixel out. It was then at 24 colors. Still more than you thought.

It looks very good ... except for the black line. But if you just fixed that up it would be great.

I think you could use a little bit mroe shading.
And you need a few more samples to be able to keep this thread open. x:

how many colors are there, btw? the shading looks a little soft, but i can see it nonetheless ^.^

All of the black outlining, it would look better in a dark shade of what it's outlining. ^_^
