Dammit. God Dammit. I lost.

Got him down 13 bars this time. XD. Which left him to 4 bars. He got me with what I call, the "Alpha Combo", and I didn't hit guard in time. Jesus....

Super close, though. This time I'll beat him,.
 
Awesome.(402nd post!)

Alright, I know what to do know. It seems that using Sweet Memories won't cut it for me, it just doesn't have the range. I thought I could, but I can't. Was mighty close, though.

So I'll just use Ultima Weapon and be done with it. I have no time for Terra anymore, seeing that Yiazmat from FFXII wasn't this frustrating.

wow seriously? i beat sephy at lvl 59 in KH2 and lvl 80 something in KH1 (i didnt level because of sephy i was just trying to get the ultima weapon)
he blows major ass like sonic the hedgehog thats whats up with him

OMG that is the ONE boss i could never figure out how to beat. and i refuse to look at the strategies.

But I made another file and beat him at level 96. All you have to do is Lock on, and learn to use Sonic Blade, Strike Raid, and Ars Ancranum.

its not super hard at a lower level. you basically just have to have the right abilities (defender is great, as is second chance and once more obviously if you somehow manage to get it :\) and know how to dodge his attacks. and as always, potion and elixir when needed ^_^.

lol Sweet Memories = Super Sadistic Sephiroth Abuse xD

as for beating him in KH1, i wouldnt use too many skills (so u have healing MP available at all times) and also because he tends to teleport out of your sight when you do a skill. strike raid is good though for when he's too far away to stop Heartless Angel, from giving you a really bad day :P
of course i mean obviously use whatever works for ya ^_^

i know me too i really want to get Final Mix. i wonder if i could work on translating the text into english text, or if someone made a patch for it already that i could make use of.

I'd suggest just printing out a katakana table and keeping it near you while you play. That way you can read most of the menus (just sound out the words in katakana and you'll figure out the English) and you'll probably memorize the more useful syllables before long. xD;
 
But eventually you memorize them and everything seems like it's in English anyway... since the katakana is only used to awkwardly sound out english words anyway. XD Like you memorize the characters and sound out "ABIRITII" → ability, etc. Super easy, really. :B

Ok. After leveling up a couple times, and equipping some items that I needed, I FINALLY got Terra to 1 bar. WOOT!!!
Oh, and I abused Sephiroth even more. I made it so I gain NO experience during the whole game. (ASIDE from bonus levels).
And I beat Sephy at level 8. Yeah, he's that weak. Omega Weapon from FFX was more of a hassle.

I'm working on a Larxene cosplay. My current task (whenever I get my motivation back XD) is styling my wig into that antenne thing she's got going on.
 
Niiiicccee finger guards. You could like, tottaly, be like, roxas now, like. ^_^

and as for the english japanese thing, sometimes they use different words or leave out words in the japanese versions.

yeah its different between versions (hence FF Advent Children's horrible translation)
and yes those small circles of fabric are awesome lol. coulda just used some electric tape and masking tape too :P

They're knitted, so I can just slip 'em on and off when I want, and re-use them. I woulda made them myself, but I can only do knit rows... I can't cast on/off or purl... =/
