SSBB: Pokémon needs noticing a bit more!

I think if there is going to be more pokemon it should only be a trophy(kinda like a pokeball) and SSBB has mainly gotten the fans votes for characters so it there isn't much chance their getting pokemon arenas.
 
Hey! How do you know Lucario isnt going to be in it?

I personally despise Lucario, and I think it is disgusting that it would be a character.

Thing is you don't know that. And for the post before that
it has to make sense..I mean where would Lucario get a bone from?
Like a water pokemon wouldn't have surf in that game nore any other moves that are learnable but don't make any sense in another 3d games.

Well since it'll be complicated to make it in Wii controls I'll do it GC controls and yes Munchlax is quite possible for a pokeball command and character:

B:Solar Beam
Left/Right+B:Mega Punch
Down+B:Rest
Up+B:Snore

Once you think about it Munchlax will probably be a SSB twin of Jigglypuff like Pichu is a twin of Pikachu.

BACOON is right. Just because the move is learnable in D/P doesn't mean it would work it a game like Brawl.

As far as a projectile move goes, Lucario would be fine with a chargable aura sphere.
 
Lucario is probably not going to get in it because the creators have already decided the characters and are slowly showing them off.
 
Highly doubt full. Since Diamond was recently released and all the characters from Brawl were most likely all decided when Brawl was first announced. So It is highly doubtful that the creators would. Since they also lean towards protagonists, major characters and antagonists more then just regular characters

It's not like they design the Pokemon the day the game comes out. Lucario appeared in one of the movies the same year Brawl was first announced, so it's not a big time deifference.
 
I love them games, i hope lucario is on it, as then i will def get the game (im lucario's hugestest fann)

I don't know. I would like him to be in the game, but then I don't know if he will. Yes, he is a very important Pokemon, but what about others? We will just have ot wait and fimd out for ourselves.​
 
Pikachu and Pichu, and maybe even Mewtwo are alright. I don't know why you want other nonimportant pokémon to be playable. Maybe Deoxys or Darkrai (in the next Smash Bros) would be good because they are important.

Deoxys will be in the pokeball, so he wouldn't be a playable character. Darkrai isn't humanoid enough to be a character, and is probably too large.

Sounds an awful lot like Captain Flacon to me.
 
I honestly think he will be in the game. He is THE most popular Pokemon of D/P, and might possibly be up there in popularity, close to Pikachu even. He HAS been out for a long time, could have the perfect moveset, and would appeal to a large amount of fans, which would sell the game more.

PC should start a petition to send to Nintendo to get them to put Lucario in the game and to not get rid of any characters.
 
Do you think Pichu will become a pokemon in a pokeball item?

Do you guys think Pichu will not be playable, but instead be a pokemon in a pokeball?

um 99% he's not going to be a playable character but IF he is feature in the game he probably be a pokeball doing an extreme speed or something
 
I hope it's another playable character like in the last game.
