Description - The User Gathers Particles of Meteors to Glow With An Intensive Power. The User Then Redirects The Intense Shining Power to Strike the enemy for blinding results.

Damage - 140
Accuracy - 85
Power Points - 5/5
Effect - Lowers Sp. Atk By 2 After Used
Contest Category - Beauty
Stars Raised - +4

it raises all steel attacks and raises sp. atk to full but cost 1/3 of the yousers life. only steel attacks can be yoused for 4 turns for both opponents pp 5/5. after yous it cant be yoused for 6 turns
