    As most of you know there is a new Star Wars game coming out that is way better than the original. Its Battlefront 2 and I am really excited about it.
    In this thread you can share thoughts,images and when the game comes out reviews.

    I'm going to get it... one day. I want the game because I really liked the first (but I do think the first had things they really could have done better). But I just got another shooter on my mind.
    I love how you can be a Jedi on the game. And I really do think it's going to be better then the first.

    I have the beta and have to say, it rules.
    Sadly the beta includes only 3 maps.
    Utapao, Tantive IV and Yarvin Space map (I guess o_O).

    The Hero will only be playable for 5 minutes (if he gets hit, the time shortens).
    But you can really go on a rampage with him! XD (35 kills in 2 minutes, do I need to say more? XD)

    The new extra character classes are also cool. (I like the Magna Guard ! XD)

    Me and my brother started saving up on the tenth. I get ?3 and he gets ?2 (?5 a week so I worked out if we saved up we would be able to get it the day it comes out!

    I don't actually know if you can play as her but it would be good if you could. I also wonder if you can play as Padm??. I got the characters from the avatars so check your inbox very soon as they are coming your way.
     
    i realy want to get this game so i can play as yoda, vader and Grievous i realy like the 1st one but i found it two easy i hope the new one will be harder couse i completed the 1st in just under 2 days
     
    Spike6958, The story mode revolves around these guys. The guys who went to the Jedi temple with Anakin. I wonder if there will be a story mode of Episode 3?

    I have a playstatoin magazine that tells you what weapons and special skills everyone has so I can't waait to play it. Expecially since battlefront 1 was all I played for like 3-4 months
     
    Kay11190, can you think of any stastistics off the top of your head? I am really curious what Jango Fett will have. (Edit-starwars.com have just released an interesting guide. You can find it here. I like the last page when it says:

    I can't wait for Battlefront 2 to come out. There were some battles from the movies that weren't in the first one that I hope are on Battlefront 2. *is wishing for the flight into the Death Star from Jedi*

    Also, I can't wait to be a Jedi and use my lightsaber to slice up some Stormtrooper scum! XD
     
    I am a big fan of the original Battlefront. I own a PS2, and I really hope they let the game be multitap adaptable. I hate playing with only 2 players on the PS2 (not counting online play). I hope they let the 4-port multitap be used for it. If not, I might just have a word with the company...:rambo:

    What I'm itching for are new, bigger levels, different modes of play, and better balance overall. Jedi come second to super beefed-up gameplay in my book. You'll catch me flying in a starship, blasting everything in sight over Yavin more than you will find me slashing through bad guys as a Jedi for a stinkin' time limit on the ground.
     
    I just read the article over at Starwars.com (Again) And it says there will be a 'jedi hunt' mode. it is when there are just heroes. Like Darth Vader and Han Solo. Also the ROTS DVD (Out on the same day) also has an Xbox version Demo on it!
     
    Sorry to double post but I have it! in my hand for ?29.99 from Morrisons! They are the cheapest as we looked all over for the cheapest price. mum woke me up at 7:30 to go and get it! I also picked up the DVD for ?14.99.
    Anyway enough with the gossip and onto the review.

    Game review number 1: Battlefront 2

    Battlefront 1 was good. Think Battlefront 1, think Jedi, think space, think 16 more maps. What does it all mean? It means a fantastic game! If you like playing as a Jedi, then you have chosen the right game! This game is fantastic! I especially like the Mos-Eisly map where there is an option where you can have just jedi. Here is a quick list of characters:
    Leia,Luke,Mace,Yoda,Vader,Dooku,Han,Chewie,Palpatine,Jango,Boba
    and many,many, more!
    The story mode revolves around the 501st legon clones. These are the same clones that took the Jedi temple. This story mode shows the fall of the republic and the rise of the empire, but somehow, the 501st legon seem to be every single stormtrooper/clone in the movies. They are on Utapau, Mustafar, Death star and Tantive IV. Anyway my rateing is 9/10
