Kows... I lol'd.

Overheat instead of Fire Blast.
Other than this, listen to Orangekows.

fire blast really sucks on bellyzard imo because you have to switch to get the special attack back.

Does that sentence make sense to you?

o.O

Kidding or what? Get rid of that Belly Drum and Fire Blast.

Fire Blast < Flamethrower
Acc. 80 -------- Acc. 100
Power. 120----- Power. 95

The bad accuracy isn't worth the slight increase of power.

Charizard@Charcoal
EVs: Attack 144, Speed 144, Sp. Attack 124
Nature: Adamant
Trait: Blaze

Aerial Ace
Flamethrower
Rock Slide
Earthquake

And exactly what is wrong with Belly Drum? It's a Bellyzard moveset. Oh sure, you won't see if that often on NB anymore (least I don't) but for in-game uses it'll still work pretty well.

The FB vs Fl thing just comes down to what the user likes: power or accuracy. Overheat also works.

And you left out roughly 100 EVs in there. Leftovers or Salac over Charcoal. The small increase in fire type attacks isn't worth it. It's a Bellyzard anyway.

Charizard@Charcoal <-- Eww. No. Leftovers.
EVs: Attack 144, Speed 144, Sp. Attack 124 <-- You're using one Sp Atk move. Why bother?
Nature: Adamant
Trait: Blaze
Aerial Ace
Flamethrower
Rock Slide <-- Belly Drum > Rock Slide on 'Zard.
Earthquake

I bolded what was wrong and added comments.

252 Atk and Spd Ev's. Then 6 in HP. Belly Drum > Rock Slide. And what the crap is charcoal all about? Honestly...

Actually, iirc paired with Maggy, Sub/BD/HP:Flying/EQ works quite well on NB. Well, at least, if your foe doesn't have a secondary physcial wall. It got me once, then I started including a pokemon other than Skarm in my team that could take physical hits. I never saw it again, but I don't fear Magneton anymore now. lol

But for ingame, a fire attack isn't even neccessary. How many Skarm do you see ingame, anyway?
