Is it just me or are status problems less prominent in this game? I got poisoned with Poison Point a few times, maybe paralyzed, but I hardly needed Full Heals at all in Black. Electric Pokemon don't Thunderwave you nearly as often, etc.

I'm not complaining, and I'm definitely not upset about the poison not zapping you your entire way back to the pokemon center.

However I did have a battle where mine and the opposing pokemon were paralyzed and I wasn't bothered to heal it yet. We both went five turns being fully paralyzed before I gave in. -_-

i got tired of burns in the celestial tower thing... but yeah, other than that, i havnt experienced any status conditions....

There are less status problems you get in the game than in the other gens.

Poison doesn't bother me outside of battle anymore because my Pokemon don't take damage as I walk.

I hate the Poison condition in this game... I wanted to lose HP when I walk!
I know, I might sound crazy, but it lost its old taste.

Yeah, on my first playthrough I got paralyzed a few times and poisoned once.

On the other hand, it feels like stat increasing moves are more common and trainers use them more efficiently now. They would use one of those moves once or twice and then start spamming attacking moves, which is kinda what I do all the time ^^

Makes battles more interesting than before.
