Alright, edited. Skarmory out, Heatran in.

UPDATE:
Heatran set changed. Forgot to change IV's after switching Skarmory out. Flash Cannon switched to Subsitute.

Replace Skarmory with Heatran, helps take fire attacks and Spikes is useless without a spin blocker.

Updated, Skarmory out. Any more tips? I'm not sure about the Heatran, how's he look?

Flash Cannon is poor and provides no coverage at all, so replace it with Hidden Power Grass, Substitute or Taunt. Heatran makes an awful physical wall due to being weak to common moves run by physical sweepers (especially without WOW), change it to 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Speed, speed ties with other Heatran. However, it is possible to use a special wall set, and possibly use 248 HP / 56 SpA / 204 SpD and Modest nature, with Lava Plume / Earth Power or Roar / Rest / Sleep Talk.

I'll come back later maybe to do a fuller rate.

It's working pretty good so far, I think any other changes would just be battle style/opinion changes.

Seriously, mono types never work well and you literally lose to the ENTIRE top 20. :/ I get that this is a "gimmick" but you fail to cover threats even remotely sufficiently.

Actually, no it's not a "gimmick" it's for my local Elite Four my friends and I are starting, thanks for the assumption. ;]

Ok you just earned a warning. Good job.

1. I was being constructive, you DO fail to cover nearly every threat within the top 20/imaginable. Telling you this info is far from unnecessary. :/

2. Mono teams ARE A GIMMICK. They just dont work, they have overlapping weaknesses, get easily stalled and easily swept and have more holes than a sieve.

3. How am i/others supposed to be magically psychic ? You left me needing to 'assume' that this was competitive (aka because thats kinda what this forum is about, as if that isnt a given. >_>). There is no mention in the op about "it's for my local Elite Four my friends and I are starting", thats kind of an important thing to tell people. ._.
