ITT: Sometimes when it rains meteors really heavily, dinosaurs get washed out of their continents because of tectonic shifting. When this happens they can't get back to hunting small velociraptors and/or camels, and eventually they will get dehydrated and die!

When you see dinosaurs who are stranded on splintered continents, do you pick them up and put them back on their path or do you leave them there maybe because you don't want to get germs on your hands by touching dinosaurs?

    I always pick them up!

    Spoiler:

    Um...
    I'm not sure.
    Maybe not. xD
I think I watched Jurassic Park too many times.
    No... I mean...they're huge...
I'd be so scared, and frankly, I think everyone else would too. xD
As for my favorite dinosaur, it would be... the Velociraptor or the Archaeopteryx.

Dinosaurs are huge and.. umm.. beastly and umm.. scary. Stay in the museum kthx.
And my favorite dinosaur has to be the Pterodactyl, something like that. Basically it's a winged dinosaur.

Lol, this has to be one of the funniest topics I have seen in a while! Good job, man! Oh wait that spoiler... *clicks* yeah, so that's the real one. To stay on topic, I would not save them because we don't know how this would affect history. Doing that could very well wipe humanity out of existence and make a reality that is almost completely unrecognizable. Also, my favorite dinosaur would be the T-rex. It would be a lot of fun to release one of those on my enemies and watch the carnage.

No, because if they didn't go extinct then we wouldn't be here.
    My favorite= Velociraptor.

No. If I saved them from extinction, then we will be extinct instead. D:

As for my favorite dinosaur...I'll leave this up to you.

If Dinossaurs were alive they would be some powerful war machines. But I would like to have one as a pet :D

Surely I'd save them, we must protect every specie.

HOLY ****ING HELL. Gymo that was so mean! XD Blasted Jojo's mind back to the steamy pile of crud called Neverland.

As for me, No, if there were still Dinosaurs we wouldn't be here after a few millennia of The Flintstones.

...Bloody crud I can't stop laughing at this XD

If they don't eat me, then yes.

Favorite dinosaur would be... the Pterodactyl.

Hehe... pterodactyls are pterosaurs, not dinosaurs.

No, I would not bring them back. They've had their time. They'd either spend their entire lives as study subjects and/or attractions in a cage or enclosure, or if set free they would upset whatever ecosystems they were introduced to and/or die off again due to the fact that, for some dinosaurs there are no ecosystems left they can survive in.

Surely I'd save them, we must protect every specie.

We must protect every species still in existence being wiped out by ourselves because they are still part of important food webs that, if broken, could upset the balance for other species and start a chain-reaction of die-offs. There is no need to protect a species that is long gone even before we came on to the scene. Especially when there is no room on this Earth for them but in captivity. We successfully introduce dinosaurs to the wild (if they could even be revived and rehabilitated, thankfully not) and we risk losing some of our modern species of animal. We keep them in captivity, well, it's not much a life for them is it?

The only real motivation for wanting the dinosaurs brought back is selfish curiosity, without a single thought paid to the animals themselves.

As for my favourite dinosaur, I think it would be one of the dromaeosaurs or maniraptorans. I can't really choose one, I like a lot of them. I also like the prosauropods interesting, they're like a prototype of large long-necked grazers such as sauropods and came before them too.

    ^ lol Flintstones.

No. If the dinosaurs survived, humans would still be small rat-like creatures. And probably, dinosaurs would evolve into intelligent beings. And probably, we are already one at this moment. Imagine a Pleisosaur typing this message(and btw, that's my favorite dinosaur, although it's no way related to them).

Oh no! We must save the dinosaurs, or else P.E.T.A. will be really sad. We can find a good place where they could live in peace. We can only save the herbivores, however, because only vegetarians would supply such a project. That, and we don't want them eating us, even when it only takes two shots from a shotgun to take one down.

We can finally find out if the dinosaurs are really the birds' ancestors. They're also wonderful alternative for automobiles and construction machines. Such dinosaurs such as a Bagaceratops or Leaellynasaura could be excellent pets for a family. Not only are they lovable, but they also came with a policy of not eating humans!

I actually want to save a few. They're so a fascinating, yet so mysterious. I honestly do want to learn more about them. My favorite dinosaur of all times is the Triceratops. I fell in love with the genus ever since The Land Before Time.

I would save a Tyrannosaurus Rex and trained it to eat no one, only plants. And then it would be my bffl and I would ride it to school.

I wish that would happen... It would just eat us all. D:

I wouldn't pick up the dinosaur and put him back! I mean, he does have a brain the size of a walnut. He wouldn't know if he got dehydrated and died!

Seriously though, I don't think I would have saved dinosaurs from extinction at the time. o: If the dinosaurs got wiped out by meteors, I'd imagine it'd either be my survival versus the dinosaur's. If we could bring the dinosaurs back to life, I really think we should avoid reviving them. They had their time and this world is just too different from theirs.

Never mind the concept of the butterfly effect, where changing something small in the past can have massive consequences. This is huge.

Besides, the extinction of the dinosaurs contributed to mammals beginning to rule the world, which contributed to human evolution, which contributed to... all of us. :D

I absolutely love and adore the Triceratops, so I would save as many of them as I can. It's partially because I adored Billy the Blue Ranger in the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, and partly because I just think they're so cute. =]
