The "center" of the team, play essentially on Alakazam which is here to protect in maximun Rhyperior, which is there to do tons of damage, which are reduce by 50% after the passage of Alakazam and moves are more reduce by 50% thanks to assault vest and more by 50% of reduction of damage thanks to Solid Rock thus allowing to Rhyperior to resist easily in an hydro pump buff in +6 (because water moves are focused on special), but not moves like grass knot (because even with reflect, i guess in OHKO).
Barbaracle is the "critical player" because he's do for that, thanks to sniper, to launch moves in high critical hit rate like cross chop or slash (if possible in buff with bulk up/swords danse) to try to perforated trough the walls like Aggron.
Justly, Aggron is there and that's he which wear mega stone because his ability (filter) have the same effect that Rhyperior therefore more practice and ancientpower is present for stats's increases, iron head for the stab and payback, saw his slwoness, will do many damage, as Rhperior which, he, can slow down himself with hammer arm if an opponent is slower than him at the base.
Chandelure is almost untouchable if he succeeds to place combo double team/flash and thanks to his excellent special attack, he complete, someway, Rhyperior.
The work of Dragalge is placing toxic spikes and poisoned each opponent's pokemon possible (except steel and poison type, dragon tail cannot pass on the fairy type), it's in someway, the setter of trap. And on top of that, he's not bad in defense and special défense, therefore i've less risks of k.o.
And finally, Alakazam. Thanks to light clay, light screen and reflect are extended of 3 rounds, leaving free neighborhood to Rhyperior (and eventually Chandelure) to inflict the maximum of damages. And his ability : magic guard protect him of capacity such as taunt or torment, which leave him ample time to place the defenses.
