[Legends: Arceus] stuck in alabaster icelands

I think if you've talked to Sabi the first time she tells you to go on a chase after her? So she'll disappear on her Braviary and I think the next quest is to follow her to Whiteout Valley I believe, looking at the guides online. There should be a new quest marker on your minimap guiding you there and once you make your way over there, she will continue the chase and disappear again. Eventually this will lead you to the end part of the quest in Snowpoint Temple.

Is there any indication of a new quest on the minimap or can you find the quest when you press Y whilst in the minimap? If the quest is still active it should be there. If not I'm not sure :(
 
There are hand-holding markers so just follow them? Screenshots and things will be helpful too.
