i cant find giovanni in the game corner underground base.any recommended places that ahs a screenshot to him?

Well...did you get the thing to make the elevator work? If not you need to go find it...one of the rockets grop if after you beat them....once you have that it should be easy..just ride the elevator to the top....

for the lift key, it works the elevator right? can i get to da bottom of the base to battle giovanni?

Use the lift key to operate the elevator to go to the lowest floor, beat the two Rockets guarding the door, enter and fight Giovanni.
