Well...did you get the thing to make the elevator work? If not you need to go find it...one of the rockets grop if after you beat them....once you have that it should be easy..just ride the elevator to the top....

Simple Questions for this please...
Use the lift key to operate the elevator to go to the lowest floor, beat the two Rockets guarding the door, enter and fight Giovanni.
