Her height is equally obtained by her long legs and torso. One may easily question how Adeline managed to travel as far as she has due to the lack of muscle. Besides a little storage on her legs and what she has naturally obtained on her abs she has very little of it. She often relies on her pokemon to pull her through physically challenging obstacles. Her skin isn't as tan as other trainers. Her natural fair skin makes it difficult to collect any sort of substantial amount of color. Her nails often go through several different shades a week.

Never in her career has the trainer been without a copy of the latest issue of Glamour, Kanto Fashion, or Marie Claire magazines. In fact her interest for fashion often threatened her career as a trainer. The more successful of a trainer Adeline became the more prize money rolled in. When large funds became available she began to spend large amounts of time in top designer clothing stores. If her wardrobe was judged by color it would seem as if she was very boring. Adeline believes neutral colors are key to promoting a slender body. Different shades of grays, creams, whites and blacks are the majority of her wardrobe. However, the material and looks are often stunning but impractical.
Personality: Adeline is just like her mom. She is about as dignified as she thinks she is. Confident but quiet. Unlike most women she thinks about what she says before it is released from her tongue. She is very slow to open up to people and is almost never pushy. She possesses a characteristic which Adeline likes to label 'self-possession'. The trainer knows who she is and this 'self-possession' allows her to reveal her vulnerabilities without unraveling. She also puts to use a tool often forgotten by current women: discretion. Adeline will often hold back for years something a normal girl would spill after minutes of meeting someone. A boy could date her for months and still have little idea as to who she really was.

Unlike most trainers from Kanto she neglected the idea of obtaining a starter from the Pallet Town professor and instead elected to get a Vulpix from the hills surrounding Celadon. Her split loves caused her journey to be filled with hardship. Her lack of commitment to one thing closed doors and she lost battle after battle. After a long holiday at her parents house a year into her journey she decided she would continue becoming a trainer and pursue success in a different region. It would be a fresh start.
A month and a boat ride later she had a whole new start. A once in a lifetime opportunity presented itself to her. She was given a rare egg by one of her father's client's son. Robin was eight years older than Adeline and much further and successful than she. It may have been out of pity or out of kindness... but Adeline did come to possess an Axew egg. It was this creature that would lead the female fashionista to success on the battlefield. A month after the Axew hatched it was made clear that he was no friend. Countless cuts, bruises, and gashes lined the beautiful girl's body. Some of her nicest clothes were slashed with two foot wounds. Anyone would question as to why this would turn Adeline's journey around... but it was for these exact reasons. Axew was an all out beast. He was thirsty for blood and he loved to fight, even if is was with Adeline. He loved to display his power and it was with this Adeline grew as a trainer. Not only did she possess a pokemon that often had an advantage over other pokemon based off of natural instinct but she also learned that pokemon were not pets. In fact some of them were far different. The dragon pokemon, for whatever reason, soon became very attached to its trainer. It was as if it was Axew's job to protect his weak trainer and so he fulfilled the role of guardian.
After a string of low profile tournament wins her journey in Unova came to an abrupt end. A cliffside gave way under her feet and Adeline was lucky to escape with just a broken left wrist and dislocated shoulder. Returning home to her parents newly built house in order to rehab; Adeline's dream of becoming a successful trainer was looking more realistic than ever. The seventeen year old had met success in Unova and set her sight on Hoenn.
After recovering from her fall she caught a flight to Hoenn. It would be here where she would make a name for herself. Her winning streak pre-injuries continued in the new continent. She disposed of several notable up-and-coming trainers of Hoenn in three tournament finals. She won all three of these in half the amount of years (one and half years). Her future was never brighter. Axew was growing in both strength and swagger. Mr. Gourcuff used to tell his little Adeline, "What goes up, must come down," as the pair would ride rollercoasters. His predictions on such attractions would prove to come true.

After a few unexpected losses just outside of Slateport City Adeline lost confidence. It proved to be fatal. The nineteen year old found the distraction she needed, or rather excuse. Fashion Week, the end all be all of clothes, was being held in the port city. It became apparent to both Adeline's parents and her pokemon this is why she had traveled to Hoenn. Her parents happy she was able to pursue both interests took the realization with joy. Adeline's pokemon, however, felt betrayed. Adeline's selfish week in paradise proved a damaging blow to the morale of her team. Vulpix and Axew simply refused to do anything asked of them.
The mutiny gave Adeline the excuse to stop her journey and settle in Slateport. With her father's connections and her knack for style she was awarded a job with one of the top designers: Lauren Taylor. She took Adeline under her wing and showed how much effect a designer has a current trends. Even the least interested person in fashion clothes were impacted by how a designer had created a trend displayed by magazines. In turn Miss Taylor had shown her that pokemon could also be stylish. Using Miss Taylor's connections and several first class fisherman Adeline was able to catch a Feebas. During her year and half with Miss Taylor, Adeline learned ways to both dress herself, fashion trends, and amplify the beauty of pokemon. It was all very interesting, but the battle with Feebas seemed to plant a seed... or should it be said it pulled the weeds off a strangled dream. The adrenaline that came through a battle rebuilt a vigor.
After a year and a half of stagnation her first two pokemon had developed a healthy disdain for their trainer. Adeline knew it was deserved but apologies seemed as worthless as bribery. The vogue trainer's journey was over. Her two pokemon who could battle had no desire to help her and seemed as if they wanted to be released from her care. The third was a measly Feebas. She made one last desperate plea to Vulpix. Her once friend of six years turned its back. If it were not for Axew's sympathy for Adeline her journey would have been over right there.
The next two years were critical. Vulpix finally agreed to battle again, but its hate for her trainer barely weakened. On Adeline's twenty first birthday she made another huge mistake. After a night spent in the local pub with childhood friends, Adeline stumbled into the hotel room drunk for the first time. In possession of her birthday gift from her father, a fire stone, she used its power to evolve her fox pokemon. Only when she woke up in the late afternoon that morning with a headache and her eyes sensitive to light, did she realize the huge error in judgement.
Vulpix was now a Ninetales. Rule number one of using stones.... always have the consent of your pokemon before you make the change. This rule applied even to the closest of friends. The effect it had on Ninetales' and Adeline's relationship couldn't be told right away. The rift was large. How large was unknown. The fox pokemon still battled. It battled harder than it ever had and it fought as fast as anything Adeline had ever seen. Victory in battle did nothing to repair the relationship between human and beast.
Axew was quite a different story. With the absence of Ninetales emotionally, Adeline grew fond of the pokemon that used to injure her relentlessly. Axew again acted as her guardian and the pair spent hours with each other outside of battle. A first. The bond between pokemon and Trainer was apparent when Axew had the timely evolution on Adeline's twenty second birthday. Everything had been forgiven.
Feebas, like most fish pokemon, wasn't the brightest. She enjoyed the hours Adeline spent cleaning her scales and rejoiced with every pink block she was fed. After two years of care the pokemon evolved when Adeline was twenty one. It was not particularly a great head to head battler but its intelligence was off the charts. It was unreal how an evolution could change a pokemon so much.
Months before Axew evolved, Adeline had applied to fill a teacher/trainer role at a school located in Crown City, Sinnoh. Surprisingly she was awarded the position and the imperfect trainer was now on her way to work alongside the Sinnoh champion Cynthia. She would be helping some of the strongest young trainers...

Adeline's first pokemon who's purple eyes don't see eye to eye with its trainers. A hate developed for its owner. It is unclear how big the rift is due to its mysterious nature. It battles in spite. It is a very quick beast. However, its speed it punished by its lack of defenses. It is quite frail if attacks land on it... but that's only if they manage to touch the fox.
Attacks: Quick Attack, Wil-O-Wisp, Confuse Ray, Ember
Fraxure Level 38
Fraxure believes he is the only reason his trainer has made it so far. It may be for good reason, because he is an absolute savage. If he isn't battling, he is dreaming of eternal gory glory. He has little mercy for anyone but Adeline and struggles to be personable. Adeline respects him but also understands he will never be her best friend.
