I think this forum should have following things:

1. view your posts option where you can quickly check replies to your posts

2. A place where game developers can upload their works if they want and they are easy to find for other users

If I'm not mistaken with your first one, you can just subscribe to the thread, which appears in your User CP and you can see if it has any replies... plus you can choose to get the notification emailed to you. Or you could just make a note of recent posts and then just check up on them, it's what I do. :x

well... it's hard to find game thats finished when theres many games still in progress. A thread with list of all completed games would be great

With regards to your first point, subscribing to the threads you really want to monitor is the best way to keep on track of them. As dragonomega has pointed out, you can receive e-mail notifications and a dedicated area in the User CP is available for this use.

The Showcase sub-forum of Game Development would be your best bet for your second point, as the games that are posted there are at least some way towards being completed. That being said, there haven't been many Pokemon fan-games that have reached completion at all, so a separate area reserved for them probably wouldn't be required at the moment.

For your first issue, there is also the search function on the statistics tab of your profile that says "find all posts by this user." It's a link that shows the last 500 posts you made.
