I have been using an OU team of Wobbufett, Malamar, donphan, crobat, weezing, and mega Pinsir....What would be some good movesets, ev placements, and any replacements....

Donphan, Malamar, Crobat and Weezing are terrible in OU. Donphan is outclassed by Excadrill, who has more offensive presence while still providing Rapid Spin support. Malamar's average stats give it a hard time in OU, even for Contrary/Superpower. Crobat is somewhat weak and not that bulky for a stall breaking role; Mandibuzz does that role better, since it has Foul Play to deter physical attackers. Weezing doesn't have much to set itself apart from other physical walls, like Skarmory or even Defense Deoxys. These 4 Pokemon have to go.

    Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rapid Spin
    -Rock Slide/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Choice Scarf) or 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Assault Vest; Adamant only)
    Item: Choice Scarf/Assault Vest
    Ability: Mold Breaker

Wobbuffet's movepool is small, but it has what it needs:
    -Counter
    -Mirror Coat
    -Encore
    -Safeguard
    Nature: Bold/Calm
    EVs: 28 HP/228 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Shadow Tag

Mega Pinsir may be predictable, but it does its job of a physical attacker very well:
    -Swords Dance
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Quick Attack
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Pinsirite

Tyranitar or Therian Landorus can set up Stealth Rock for the team. I chose not to add Ferrothorn, since this would add on another Fire weakness:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Crunch
    -Stone Edge/Ice Beam
    -Earthquake/Fire Blast
    Nature: Impish/Relaxed
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream

    Therian Landorus:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Stone Edge/Knock Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet

Wash Rotom covers Mega Pinsir's Fire and Ice weaknesses:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold/Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe (Bold) or 248 HP/216 SDef/44 Spe (Calm)
    Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp/Thunderbolt
    -Trick
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

I don't know how to fill in the last slot, tbh.

Donphan is usable as a Spinner; its just meant for a more defensive role than an offensive one. It also has priority, which Excadrill lacks.

    -Donphan w/Leftovers
    Nature: Impish/Adamant
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Attack
Moves: Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin, Earthquake, Ice Shard

Though I agree with everything else Platinum said.

Your team could use a special attacker, especially depending on if you roll with Tyranitar or Landorus-T and what exactly you use on T-tar. You need more than Wash Rotom for special attacks too. Couple of thoughts for special attackers:

    -Greninja w/Life Orb
    Nature: Timid
    Ability: Protean
    EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defense
Moves: Hydro Pump, Extrasensory, Ice Beam, Grass Knot/Dark Pulse/Spikes

    -Gengar w/Black Sludge
    Nature: Timid
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb, Destiny Bond

    -Latios w/Life Orb
    Nature: Timid
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse, Psyshock, Hidden Power Fire/Surf, Roost

    or

    -Latios w/Choice Specs
    Nature: Timid
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Draco Meteor, Psyshock, HP Fire/Surf, Trick

Even though Donphan is a defensive spinner, it still pales in comparison to Excadrill, who has more special bulk in conjunction with Assault Vest, letting it fulfill the role of defensive Rapid Spinner to an extent.

True, Assault Vest Excadrill has superior special bulk to Donphan, but Donphan will always have better physical bulk than Excadrill, and takes Ground and Fighting attacks much better as well.

hmmm...I understand both points...I am going to make the changes but I will be keeping Donphan over Excadrill...and maybe add Latios with life orb...the other changes will occur as well and T-tar will be my choice over landorus...

As I mentioned before, Donphan is outclassed. It's not worth using over Excadrill, despite access to priority and better physical bulk. While it's tempting to slap Assault Vest on it, it needs significant Special Defense investment to make it worthwhile and this detracts from its physical bulk.

I get that excadrill is better in those terms but I just want to keep him due to the fact that he does work for me and he was my first favorite...i know that is a terrible reason to use a Pokemon competitively....
