That movie would be good.
Raikou is the only one that hasn't really done anything at all. It only had a small part in pokemon chronicles.
 
Yeah, i wait for something with Raikou, it deserves more attention
 
Well I highly doubt that they are going to release a movie with Raikou in it now. It is kinda too late.
