I'm on a T-1 line at the library, so I can post faster than the speed of light! XD So we all really need to get a topic going in the next hour or so...I've got to be working on a summer reading assignment essay while I'm here too though ._.;

For you information, NEVER read Life of Pi by Yann Martel (unless you're forced to like I was =/ ) and NEVER, EVER read chapter 77 of it.

And has anyone ever found it odd that we have three different words for the same gelatinous fruit spread? o_O (jam, jelly, preserves)

Yep thats right. That is strange their are other words like that to but i can't think of them right now.

That's why I love the english language--we have so many different words that mean the same thing. In other languages, red is merely red, while we have crimson, rose, carnelian, vermillion, scarlet, and many others, for example. I feel so limited when I try to speak other languages <_<;

Feeling sentimental about PC before it was tainted, eh? I do too, a lot. Sentimentality was what brought me back last month, and I still miss the way things were, but just a little. I truly thought I would never be able to come back here, but somehow everything fixed itself, which I'm surprised at and grateful for. Good times ^_^

Feeling sentimental about PC before it was tainted, eh? I do too, a lot. Sentimentality was what brought me back last month, and I still miss the way things were, but just a little. I truly thought I would never be able to come back here, but somehow everything fixed itself, which I'm surprised at and grateful for. Good times ^_^

I had a convo on MSN with my friend Girlgenius.(You may know her). And she told me a lot about PC. We both think it changed durning the end August.

Some...erm...chaos. There was a great divide over some controversial issues and PC almost tore itself apart because of the hatred between the two factions.

I was actually one of the first to take a stand against the changes...I remember dear Silent Tattsu (now Heart Spell) making a protest post that voiced her, my, and one or two other members' concerns and a statement that we were leaving in protest. Everyone thought we were crazy then but look how things turned out =p
