That scares me. But I love spinach and sourekarout(I know spelled it wrong).

The smell of sauerkraut makes me sick...I can't stand cabbage in it's regular form, even less when it smells like a skunk with diarrhea x_x

and i choke when i eat spinach because its too chewy

You might not be getting fresh stuff...the little spinach I've eaten in my lifetime has come from grocery store salad bars.
