I swear it's Rep Fest 2005 here! PARTY!
 
How did the rep stuff started, in the start all peoples had 0 right? And if ya got 0 and gives rep, it's a grey block witch does nothing? So how did it start?
 
I think it also may have to do with post count but I'm not 100% sure...o_O It just works out~

Everyone starts off with 10, and as long as you've been here a certain time, you can give at least one. It took a long time for anyone to get their second block x_x;
