    When I use the GTS or online battle my 3ds goes black and says an error has occurred. I am not sure if I have been banned (I don't use mods or any other forbidden software). If anyone can help that would be great!
     
    what error code appears when you try to connect to internet? is it 002-0102? if yes, then your DS is banned. if it is not, then there will be another problem on your internet connection.
