Sun and Moon. What do you think about Ash's new look?

Looks like everyone says Ash's new art positive, But it is true no one will say any nice thing when they didn't watch the anime.

To me, it didn't matter much. I mean, Ash aging backwards was definitely a downfall, but it's okay. At some point, it's okay for people to experiment something new.
Edit : You gotta check out the reactions of Japanese people on this.

Personally, the first time I saw Ash's new Alolan look in the poster, I'm not quite fond of it. However, it seems to grow on me after I watch Sun and Moon anime most of the time, except for some slapstick moments in particular.

I remember that awful poster as well, but I guess my initial bad reaction to SM Ash was the way his face was expressed when doing the Electric Z-Move pose. Still, I have a sour feeling towards his face because of how weird he looks with the new art style, yet other characters seem to look better than him.
