No, I'm pretty sure it don't. Pichu is only harmed when electricity touches his body, so If you press down and b while you are moving through the air, it won't hurt you to so long as it never touched you.

i don't like Bowser at all... is very slow and that's easy if you battle with someone like Marth or Young Link ^^ (a fast character)

yeah bowser is very slow but he is also very powerful.

Really, those who have great power are often slow, take a look at Roy and Marth for example.
Roy is strong, but he is kinda slow.
Marth, on the other handm is kinda weak, but he is fast.

And other question has just erupted from my mind:
What more do you use? Smash moves or B moves?
I use more of smash moves. Due to the fact that they are easier to use, and really, some of the b moves on the majority of characters have rather annoying-to-use b moves.

it depends... if i use Roy i use Smash moves but if i choose Marth i use B moves ^^ sometimes i use Smash moves

I use B moves more because my friends always say that im cheating when i use too many smash moves.
