Super Smash Bros. styled Pokemon game

I was playing super smash bros. brawl fighting as pokemon trainer, and i got an idea. why not try to make a pokemon game like that? traveling would still be like other main series pokemon games, but during battles you would actually have to fight with tactics more like the anime does. I know this moves away from the classic Rpg style of pokemon... but i think it would be awesome

I have always agreed with this. When I saw Stadium being advertised, I got so excited, because I thought it was going to be like the original SSB. But I was wrong, and they have still never done anything like it (which is quite suprising IMO, considering that they've put things like Mystery Dungeon out, you would think that they would make battling more how battles were supposed to be.
