Wario & Metaknight are great choices. Wario is getting more popular now. So has Metaknight.
Waluigi is a sad excuse of a charater.Until he gets a game that's not in a spin off, He's the poor excuse of a Luigi clone.

Wolf O'Donnel. He rocks in Starfox Assult.
 
In a recent poll taken by Nintendo Power with its NSiders, Wario and Toad ranked the highest for inclusion in the next game among characters not yet featured in the series. Other high rankers are Waluigi, Grit (Advance Wars), Bald Bull (Punch-Out series), Dark Samus, Captain Olimar, Hammer Bros., Fawful, Diddy Kong, Pit (Kid Icarus), Sandbag and Ike (from upcoming Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance).

So, aside from the characters mentioned above, who else would you like to see show up? Personally I'd want to see Ridley from the Metroid series show up, or Blaziken.

And lets wonder about how the Revolution's controller could be integrated into SSBM's hectic battles...
 
Yes, I was glad to hear Wario has a good chance of being a playable character...but I think Toad is a complete waste. If he does show up, I'm seeing his controls being like a solo Ice Climber, a lightweight with weak hammer attacks.
 
There was a fansite with possible stages, bosses, and characters availible. One of them said Shadow Link (the one encountered in Water Temple, OoT), and Shadow Mario (the fake Mario which was really Baby Bowser in Super Mario Sunshine). The stages I hope they have, are something similar to Saffron City, but is still original. A remade Final Destination, and a Sky Pillar like I described in the last SSBR thread. Also, the site said the game is coming out in June 2006!
 
20 bucks says you play SSBR with the shell and not the remote.

They need 25 more characters on SSBR to make an even 50.

From the list above I hope they add... Wario (more then anyone they need Wario), Diddy Kong, Waluigi, Dark Samus.
I think they should also add Krystal and Wolf (Star Fox games), Baby Bowser, Daisy, Birdo, Blaziken. That's all I can think of right now.
 
I think the shell could be used, but I think it will still be usable with out the shell.

Pac Man would be the ultimate SSBR Char.

Ooo and a Baby Bowser course with a full rock version of his theme from Yoshi's Island. That'd would be great. I love that song.

Er...I'm hoping that rumour of costumes through the ages to be true. I'd want...Ganon, Wario, Waluigi, Olimar. And that's all I can think of right now. I'm tired. As many as possible would be appreaciated.
 
Because he's big and strong and has GARLIC BREATH. If PICHU can make it into SSB, Wario's a shoe-in.
 
More Pokemon are a shoe-in. Possibly Kyogre/Groudon/Rayquaza, and maybe Rukario if Diamond/Pearl are out by then.

As for others... I'd like to see Olimar, as a Pikmin attack would be extreme, King K Rool, Ridley, a Tetris block that could change shape, and the Nintendogs (obviously not as playable characters) would be funny to use as items (like the Pokeballs).

No Ike please, I've played the game, and hate Ike. They should put in Celice.

I wouldn't want Kyogre, Groudon, or Rayquaza as playable characters, they're simply too big. Now, Rukairo on the other hand might be fun to smash things up with.

I wish there are characters from GBA, like the FE ones. Not Ike, it will be better Joshua, eliwood, hector, ?I dont know. I will love to see the Golden sun characters, though they are from camelot and i do not know if they are with nintendo.
