Has anyone tried it? I know I haven't and won't...and I have a good reason why...

A few years back when I was a kid, I realized that billions of animals use the bathroom in the ocean, and even if there's more I'm never sticking my foot in the ocean unless I have to. Besides, it's stinky :(.

Well, you do realize that the seas and oceans are the main sources of water that we use in our day to day life, don't you?
I don't live near the sea and It's a long way to the beach from where I live. I haven't tried it, but I would love to one day.

Nope. My sense of balance is that of a dead goldfish. I wouldn't be able to surf. It'd just be shameful.

Unless you're somewhere with huge waves, it strikes me as pointless... bit like tennis... Some passtimes I'm just not built to understand. It seems to take a lot of skill though, so I can easily respect anyone who does surf.

I have the worst balance when it comes to surfing. I can move like 2 meters then fall. It's frustrating and I do not dare to do it again.

The ocean isn't bad. Its water are rich with nutrients XD

I've never been surfing, but I want to next year XD

I've never been surfing, but I'd love to. I really enjoy water in general, so I think surfing would be the perfect sport for me. Unfortunately it doesn't stay warm here long and there aren't many large waves where I live.

I would have tried if my bones were stiff enough.

I have somewhat of a hydrophobia, so no. Also, I live hundreds of kilometres away from the next coast, and it's not exactly warm up there.
Eww that stinks. Are you Turkish?

I haven't tried it yet. I currently have horrible balance and fear of heights, so I don't think I'll be trying it out anytime soon.
