This guy is so much fun. Not only does the gyaravire (gyara pulls electric and gives them to vire for set up) work great. But many of this guys standard counters fail to counter him...

Ok, here i get the wish passing to heal my team, and vappy. Protect lets him heal him self you know; wish, protect, opp. dies a little inside. Hp electric counter gyara, ice beam lets me get garchomp or at least make him weak enough to get pwn'd by someone on my team

Revenge killer, gets out sped by choice scarf garchop but who cares i got ice shard, which will ko him. Ice shard gets garchomp, pursuit is a soft option in my mind due to its weakness, and some people who are smart enought not to switch out, therefore, nightslash, 70 base power STAB (WHAT?), psychics and ghosts eat it, also it can deal some bad damage to those who switch in on it. Brick break can deal with umm fighting weak pokes
