[General] SWSH - Trade Evolutions

Hey, I'm looking for someone to help me evolve some of my pokemon.

Specifically:
Phantump
Rhydon
Swirlix
Karrablast
Shelmet

A simple trade then trade-back is all that's necessary. For Karrablast and Shelmet, I'll trade one of them first and then I'll trade the other while you trade the first back.
