TCard Status: Normal
Attention! By requesting in this thread you agree to abide by both the main forum rules, as well as the TCard Sub-Forum rules.
TCard forms are below. Choose one, and copy ALL the text into your post.
This will be the location of all forms. If new ones are created, they will be edited into this post. Be sure to check back often!
[UPDATE 2006-11-07] Edited forms to mention shiny sprite sets
[OLDER 2006-10-30] Edited forms to use National numbering
Please follow this requesting format!
-->Read the entire post carefully.
-->Forms are designated by "[--------" for the start and "---------]" for the end of each one. Your request should include all the text between these! Replace the text in parenthesis (as in delete it) with your own information. Eg this: (Sprite Type, Name or Number, Nickname, Attack, Nature, Ball, Color) would become: (EM, 251, Mattle, Sacred Fire, Rash, Ultraball, Red)
-->If you are updating an exisiting card, state the name you used in the card, what needs to be edited, and the approximate date you originally placed your order. If you placed the order in 2006, check the status post for this information.
-->Please be sure to fill in the "Any Suggestions" box. In this space, tell me what information you'd like to see on a future TCard. You can also use this space to tell me what you like or dislike about the design. If you want a different color than the ones listed, you can request it here as well.
-->If you provide your own sprites for me to use, note that they will be included in the Demo versions of TCard Maker software. If the software is ever released outside of Demo form, they will be deleted. Also make sure the sprites are in GIF, PNG or BMP format. JPG is lossy, in that it adds artifacts which make your sprite look disgusting. You should always save sprites as one of the above file formats. I can use JPG sprites, but the result is not very good.
-->If the above checklist is complete, you may submit your request. You may recieve a PM when I've finished your card, but make sure to subscribe to the thread or check it often (sometimes I forget or am too busy). I look forward to your request!

A replacement card for Design 2. This is due to my move to the TCard program. Design 2 would have been too much trouble to program, and would still have required a lot of work on the back end. This card includes all the info from Card 2, and then some.
Here are some examples:
Card Type 5.5: (<--This is important. Please include)
Status: Limited
Add the following to the above:
[----------
-5-Avatar/Trainer/Pokemon#1 (Name, BGColor, Sprite Type)
-5-Avatar/Trainer/Pokemon#2 (Name, BGColor, Sprite Type)
-5-Avatar/Trainer/Pokemon#3 (Name, BGColor, Sprite Type)
-5-Avatar/Trainer/Pokemon#4 (Name, BGColor, Sprite Type)
-5-Avatar/Trainer/Pokemon#5 (Name, BGColor, Sprite Type)
-5-Avatar/Trainer/Pokemon#6 (Name, BGColor, Sprite Type)
Sprite Type is what game the sprite is from. Options are Red/Blue, GReen, YelloW, GolD, SLiver, Ruby/Sapphire, EMerald, FR/LG, Diamond/Pearl.
An addition to Design 5, suggested by ~RayquazaMaster, this allows you to animate the card to show large versions of each of your pokemon. This is designed to be a novelty, as TCard 4 does this in a much better manner.
Here's an example:
CARD TYPE PUBLIC:
Status: Limited
The following information is required, Replace the text in parenthesis with your own information:

-P-Color (Choose One: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Gray, Custom(Red Green Blue values))

-P-A Team of 6 Pokemon (Name, Sprite Type, Number)
-P-RSE Badges collected (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
