    well... this is my idea icant give the exact details like the other posts but .... i was thinking putting type-moon characters (touhou project, fate stay night and tsukihime <- has to have evos... (eg. chibi saber->saber with no armor->saber with armor/air sword->saber with excalibur (stone evo)) ) instead of the actual pokemon itself.... with fate stay night story line...

    ive never hacked a rom b4 so was just giving an idea...

    btw i just recently got into moemon (pokemon + moe) and touhoumon (touhou project characters replacing pokemon with the original firered storyline) <- gave me the idea...

    so normal pokemon really gets boring now... youtube/google touhoumon or moemon if you want to know....

    one more thing fakemons (unless they are anime/game (this does not include south park since it isnt anime) characters) arent really my types... which discourages me to play the game by billion light years...
