I can't start when we need a leader.....but well everything's almost ready. I gotta make sure everything goes rightsoIcangetthebestGMemblemthatisawfullyhardtoget.

Solved the problem. Unlike other LoL Legendaries, my legendary Pokemon Herodes will be the Leader of the PE BWAHAHAHA. Not everyone will like his way of fighting and plotting, but you will still have to follow. He's too powerful right now. my other character Nocturne will be a normal Warrior. Problem solved.

... weirdness :S I mean, since your LoL lol is evil, why would Pokemon actually make him a leader if he is trying to start a war himself? :S And I seriously don't think that a Pokemon who is going to be shuffling between 3 forms should become the leader of the PE D: He is going to go human, and Legendary as well (even though I guess that would be rare) It's just my opinion, maybe somebody can make a second char. or you can give the spot to somebody else? *shrugs*
 
naw it's decided and you don't get it. It's like animals fighting for the Alpha Male. The old one was challenged by Herodes but Herodes won, kicking the old one out and being the Leader himself. This way he'll have a lot of advantages in controlling Pokemon

... I think the only things you guys should control is the place where people can launch attacks xD The thing that had made me mad last time was how we were supposed to attack Oreburgh, but every Pokemon came and started attacking Eterna and Hearthome /unfair

is anyone excited? oh and since it's the start of the RP, please go easy on it. Which means, be patient and take it easy, you don't have to post everything in one day. With this number of RPers in the RP, it'll mean that things can get messy if everyone posts together.

once the RP's out, I want everyone to do a warm-up, which is your intro post. And after that, when everyone's interacting, try to reduce the number of posts, but try to increase the number of words that are IN the posts. Which means, less posts, but more detailed ones. Joint posting will help you. The only thing that makes me mad when managing RPs - I log-in, and I see 6 freaking new pages. SIX!!! Seriously I am once again emphasizing on the Rule [12] which is you can't post more than thrice in 24 hours, actually if things get really hectic I don't mind making it Twice instead of Thrice huehuehue *shot*

This is going to be fun with Herodes as PE leader :3 Dartanian's personality is going to make this easy *rubs hands together with evil look on face*

Nocturnal's LoL has a human form, which would give him an unfair advantage as he could easily spy and crush ALL of our plans, ruining the RP for the HR and making us loose AGAIN. Yes, I know he could also tell the HR the PE's plans...

I say it should go to the former general (Khufu, not going to even TRY to spell his username) or Nocturnal shouldn't be allowed to go human.

THIS, is MY opinion on the case, since I didn't get a say in it at 4 in the morning.

If someone already said this, say you did so I look less like a idiot...

@Ieyasu You, Ieyasu, are accepted with your previous rank as a leader, if are willing to accept it. There will be 3 chiefs in the Pokemon Entente. That is, if you are willing to accept it.

Your veto, ODST, while sound and makes sense, is overuled.

Furthermore, you won't have to worry about that. I have devised a new system for the humans (as this is technically in the future, and they have the technology for it now). I came up with this after witnessing a lot of Pokemon running around human cities unchecked, and sometimes vice versa. All humans in the Human Republic, when they join, do one important thing when they join, and that is scan themselves into the system. This required among every new recruit, as well as old one, and your name, rank, DNA, all of that good stuff is in the system. Upon entering ANY Human Republic controlled building, a scan must be done to ensure you are a member, or entry will be denied. This removes any chance that the LoL, will, at least, go into any of the Human Republic-controlled buildings, like their bases and secret labs and such. He can still blend in with normal humans, yes, but then again so can any Zorua or Zoroark. But they won't be able to gain access into the Human Bases, at least, without having to break in. Satisfactory?

Also, I make a motion to change the Commander position to Colonel, thereby making all Human Republic ranks standard Army/Air Force/Marines rankings.

I like the standardized ranks as Army/Marines/Air Force... Of coarse you knew that already.

Honestly as the leader of the PE Lu's character will get almost no chance to become a human without raising eyebrows since his position is very public.
