No, it's not at the 33% mark. Lu just wants to let the LoLs do something. By definition, LoLs aren't supposed to interact with the others yet. But that doesn't mean the LoLs can't interact among themselves.

Raymond is ruthless and mostly hurtful to others. His negative attitude and arrogant power-hunger have turned him relatively insane. Raymond doesn't concern himself with the feelings of others, containing his beliefs in that he is the only one to be cared about. Raymond is dillusional in his thought processes, giving him a believed self-entitlement as the ruler of the world. His beliefs are often far from the truth, Raymond not really holding much power amongst the League of Legendaries. Raymond is self-centered and greedy, often going out of his way to provide to his lust of power. However, Raymond is more tactical and cunning than that. Raymond is a expert at hiding his thoughts and wishes from the other Legendaries, they believing that Raymond has good, self-less intentions. As described previously, that is far from the case. Raymond is a psychotical warmonger, having a palate towards violence and destruction.

History:
Raymond has lived his long life in secrecy, spending most of it at the Sky Pillar in Hoenn or roaming around the world. Whenever he could, Raymond would take opprotunites to wreak havoc and destruction, among other things like fear, anger and so on. Raymond watched intently during the Sinnoh war as the Humans and Pokemon destroyed each other, leaving the Sinnoh region in a nuclear fallout. Raymond retreated back to his native Hoenn region after the war, and once again he watched as frictions between Humans and Pokemon increased. At this point, Raymond was apart of the League of Legendaries. When Cebreus the Mewtwo offered a proposition to Raymond that involved murdering all of the Humans and Pokemon, Raymond jumped on the chance and has began working on a plan to overthrow both the League of Legendaries and Cebreus.

I had just realized I didn't say how my LoL character had gotten his scar so I decided to add it. Even though Im already accepted I added that to it. So Here is the final version.

Lugia Form: Drake has light green eyes with a scar on his left one. He has ten large blue "Plates" that cover his back. Drake also has two dark blue "fins" on his tail. He has large arms that can act as wings but they do not have feathers which gives him the ability to swim under water. His neck is more like a shortened giraffe like neck. He stands at 17'01".

Human Form: Drake in his Human Form still has his light green eyes and scar. He has white medium length hair. He stands at 6'07". While in his human form he wears a white shirt with a white tie and grey over coat. His skin color is very pale.

Normal Pokemon Form: Drake in his pokemon form is a Charmander. Standing at about 3'5"
Drake has an orange skill tone and sharp claws. The fire on his tail burn bout as much as a Charizard. Drake has razor sharp teeth. Drake in his Normal Pokemon Form still has his light green eyes.

Personality: Drake being part of the League of Legends, takes things very seriously. Drake does not "joke" about anything. Drake is always honest and fair. He has a friendly attitude and would only fight out of self defense or to protect one of his loved ones. He is not foolish and takes every possible detail in to an outcome no matter how small the detail is. Drake is very loyal and respectful.

History: Drake born in the seas lived his life there. He was abandoned and lived the rest of his life alone and with the other pokemon in the ocean. He wandered the seas alone in search for somebody to be a companion. With no luck he was alone for years. Drake attempted to search for some one one last time, he was just about to return home but his trip was cut short by a gyarados. The large water pokemon Attacked Drake. The large gyarados had almost killed Drake during the fight. Drake nearly escaped with a cut that went over his eye. From that part he was blind in his left eye.

ever once every month he would go out and fly around Hoenn as he watched the beaches to make sure no one was destroying the waters. After he would check everything he would enjoy himself and take a fly. One of those flies he looked in to the distance and saw a land mass. He had never noticed it before so the next day he had rested up and flew to the land mass. The region was at war, the humans and pokemon for the first time were rivals. Drake had thought "How could this be? How long have I been Isolated from the world?" He flew in closer and saw many many humans and pokemon being killed. The Lugia was disgusted and flew away from the region.

Drake thought long and hard about how he could stop this madness. He tried to think of how he could stop this. He thought about flying down and slaughtering the humans to warn them that this was not a war worth fighting but he wasn't that type of being.
The Lugia was over head high in the sky when the battle at Sunnyshore had occurred.
The large flying pokemon was about to swoop in to get a closer look when Drake heard loud roaring, he couldn't think it was possible that there was a pokemon down there that could have made that sound. He came down more and came to see it was Groudon, "how could this be?" he thought. Could the war be this bad?

Drake immediately searched for help, after weeks of searching it was to late. The war written land was destroyed. Drake had called unto Arceus and searched for counsel.
Drake's Mentor was Arceus from then on. The Lugia had talked with Arceus for a long time. Arceus told Drake that there wasn't much he could do. Arceus told Him that there was peace once again, and that he planed to keep it that way.The Lugia was finally at peace, He knew Arceus would stick to his plan. But Drake had no clue that war would soon return to the world.



Moveset (4 Max for Pokemon): Areo Blast, Fly, Sky attack, fire blast.

ok, this is off topic but I'm totally pissed. I made a post of my LoL character going to the hall of Origin, and when I pressed post reply it said I was signed out. And it happened TWICE!! S&W 500 isn't a normal revolver, .500 rounds are extremely effective, and expensive. And I'm not really into laser pistols and rifles, especially as early in time as 2035. So, again, just request for the most powerful production handgun on earth (s&w model 500 with .500 rounds

Yes, I'm being stubborn and selfish, but I love this magnum the way it is in modern day. So could you please reconsider? That's all I am asking for, bullets, plasma bullets, would be a alternative to lasers for me :D
