OOC: Guys, when are you guys online? Just checking on when my character will actually have contact with you guys.

IC:
"So. I'd figure something like going to the deepest part of this place is the best place to find Volt...but I'd never expected to be attacked by a super freaking electrified bird freak!" I sighed out loud. "I should stop talking out loud like this."

I was out of options against the horrific bird. The beast began to speed up along with chaining its electric sparks more often. Dodging would be natural, but I couldn't do this forever. I needed to strike.

"That's it!" I screamed. "DEMON SEAL!"

Dark abyss flew around as spheres of card explosions followed the pheonix. Eventually the seal hit the bird with such impact that the bird finally fell to the floor. It was not down or out, but it was at least knocked out of the sky. The thought of it not being grounded to death while on the ground was surprising, yet it was nothing. I ran right off to the bird and gave it a second rush (one that I could not pull off again for at least 20 hours within its usage), nearly beheading the pheonix and delcaring me the victor (that is WITHOUT food, medicine, or anything curative for that matter).

It was then that I realized the pheonix was Volt. (-_-) Seriously, for Volt to actually look exactly like one of them pheonixes was sheer genius in its part. Sure enough, Volt rose to the air again.

"..."

"I wish a contract with thee, Volt!"

"..."

"Ha! I guess so. I'm a half-elf and it never looked good for me after I got my heart and soul back. I just want to beat those darn Demonians up so we of the dying Exire can strive along."

"..."

"A new name for Exire? But I cannot do without permission from the mayor and Maxwell."

"..."

"I see. So it really doesn't matter then. Alright, I will name Exire...THOR!"

"..."

With that Volt surged into me. I felt the power running through my veins, and power running through the rheiaird. I hopped on the rheiard and flew from the cave of Volt (nice name I gave it huh).

"I don't mind either. Trust me" I said reassuringly, clapping David on the shoulder. "If the captaing knew who I was we'd be taking a swim with an iron bar around our necks." I smiled and added slowly "Outcasts together."

saphira didnt think kiltheron heard her. she really didnt care. nobody listens to me... i guess im used to it by now, but maybe its for the best that people dont know i`m 3-qaurters elf...

"I just don't understand why people think half-elves are any different, just because they are scared of the unknown! I went on." I had a brother as well, but he was killed for being what he was. Sometimes I wonder why I was picked for this, no half-elf has ever been the Chosen before."
I started pacing around the room.
"Oh ya I forgot!" I lightened up and revealed the exsphere on my hand. "Do you have an exsphere?"

"I ment you too" I said, turning to Saphira.

"No..." I said slowly, turning back to David. "I don't have a drop of Elvish blood in my. It's just what my family has become recently." I slowly raised my own hand, revealing the intricate tattoo of Mystra on my hand. "But there is this. Supposedly it's given only to the best mages on the planet but..." I shiged hopelessly and shrugged my shoulders. "Look at me. I can't cast a fireball to save my life."

" I could always teach you," I replied, " I do know some elven magic, and Fireball just happens to be one of the spells I know."
I sat back down again.
"I just feel so alone in this world," I went on, "like nobody really cares about me. All I am to everyone is the Chosen, nobody looks at me anymore then that."

"Ever wonder why I came north?" I said dryly. "Up here I'm not a Silverhand, I'm Kiltheron the Mage, nothing more." I added hesitantly "Could we go up top? I have a feeling I'll need good battle magic before long."

"Can't wait to get that crystal shard!" I said happily to myself on deck. "Sneaking into the place will be easy enough it's who is waiting on the other side that worries me. What happens if there is a strong guy there?" I said to myself as I leaned over the bar.

"No" I said, patting the book. "This should take care of the rest."

"Agreed" I said, chuckling. "Don't want him interrupting things." I followed David out the door, my step calm and sure.

"I'm not surprised" I sighed, looking at the body as it floated by on the edge of the tide.

<OOC>We are on a boat southwards right now.<OOC>
