It's pretty much the final big operation for the Team Rocket org in-series (not counting the special), so I got to savor this.
The plot is straightforward, but well-paced, as everyone had their moment (the Rockets, the brats, Lance), with plenty of action sparsed within. Bonus points for additional continuity from the Crystal special (Eusine was the first character, Sebastian is second), which was unexpected. One has the sense they really tried, here.
And Eric Stuart did a rather decent job as the monotoned "pointy" scientist. Not what I expected as I thought on the spoilers 5 years ago, but no complaints. No, that will be next episode.
Then, there is Lance. After how many episodes/seasons, we finally meet him. While Wayne Grayson may not have been the right choice, but he did alright. Frankly, in his case, it's the character, not the voice.
As for Tatsumi's/Tyson's voice, it is what it is.
Of course, I can't forget about the Persian statues. Hee.
