So ive been making a sorta secondary team here and i got some pokemon picked out except unlike any of my teams i wanted to try a mega evolution on this one but the struggle is real... i cannot choose! i narrowed it down to Mega pinisr and houndoom before i had gardevoir ttar amphrados and hercross in there but i picked em out. so heres the guys i have

poke {ability} nature EVS move x/y/z/a (item)

    Mega Pinsir/Mega Houndoom
Tyranitar {Sandstream}( i already have a ttar i just dont remember what i put on him )
    Rhyperior {Rock solid} jolly 200 att 252spd 58spe Rock polish/earthquake/stone egde/stealth rock (dunno what item)
    Drifblim {unburden} impish 200hp 252def 58spd Minimize/Baton pass/ substitute acrobatics (none)
    Snorlax {ImMunity} impish 200hp 252def 58spd Crunch/Rest/Stockpile/bellydrum(lum berry)
Trevenant{Harvest} adamant rest/horn leech/leech seed willow wisp (lum)
The pokemon i have i want to keep how they are i chose pokemon i liked (except drifblim but i have a plan with him) so i was thinking sunny day mega doom would flow with my trevenant well but i cant ignore a pinsir with aerilate...help?

I think that Mega Pinsir is a better fit. Even though it's predictable, its raw power and access to priority compensates for it:
    -Swords Dance
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Quick Attack
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Pinsirite

Tyranitar is best played with either one of these sets; it can go offensive or defensive:
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch
    -Pursuit
    -Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly) or 180 HP/252 Atk/76 Spe (Adamant)
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Sand Stream

    or
    -Crunch
    -Stone Edge/Ice Beam
    -Earthquake
    -Stealth Rock/Fire Blast
    Nature: Impish/Relaxed
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream

Really, Rhyperior isn't that good other than serving as a Talonflame counter. Tyranitar already does that for you. There are better Ground Pokemon out there, like Gliscor:
    -Substitute
    -Toxic
    -Protect
    -Earthquake
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/32 Def/232 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Stealth Rock/Taunt
    -Toxic/U-turn/Knock Off
    -Protect/Roost
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/208 Def/56 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

Drifblim is in the same boat as Rhyperior. There are better Pokemon out there than it. Since Mega Pinsir is weak to Stealth Rock big-time, Rapid Spin or Defog support is recommended:
    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Thunderbolt/Psyshock
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide/Iron Head
    -Rapid Spin
    -Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon/Chople Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Adamant) or 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly)
Item: Assault Vest (Adamant)/Choice Scarf (Jolly)
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Mandibuzz:
    -Foul Play
    -Roost
    -Defog
    -Toxic/Whirlwind/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold/Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Overcoat

    Crobat:
    -Brave Bird
    -Defog
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Toxic
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 168 HP/136 Atk/4 SDef/200 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Infiltrator

    Latias:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Defog
    -Roost/Recover/Healing Wish
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    Latios:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Earthquake/Surf/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Defog/Recover/Roost
    Nature: Hasty/Timid
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Snorlax is best played as an Assault Vest attacker. Your current set is very passive and setup bait and the lack of STAB seriously hurts:
    -Return/Body Slam
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Punch/Crunch
    -Self-Destruct/Crunch/Wild Charge
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 SDef/4 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Thick Fat

But then again, there are better Assault Vest users out there, like Conkeldurr and Goodra:

    Conkeldurr:
    -Drain Punch
    -Mach Punch
    -Knock Off
    -Ice Punch/Stone Edge
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/236 SDef/20 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Guts

    Goodra:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunderbolt/Earthquake
    -Dragon Tail/Earthquake
    Nature: Quiet/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

Despite Trevenant's offensive-leaning stats, it's best played defensively thanks to its access to a multitude of recovery options:
    -Horn Leech/Wood Hammer
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Rest
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

    or
    -Horn Leech
    -Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Protect
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 244 HP/16 Def/248 SDef
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

    or
    -Substitute
    -Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Phantom Force
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

Thanks for the reply but you see when i get driblim to baton pass a minimize and a substitue and stockpile to snorlax he gets extra stock piles and belly drum= max attack stab doesnt matter and would make ghosts a new counter. so i ahev a little setup to do there but ive seen the deadly sweeping results...snorlax either ohkos a sweeper while the sweeper either misses it or does little because of plus 2 or 3 form stockpile. if he gets low i rest if they both die canceling out that strategy i have rhyperior potentially sweeping the team with a rock polish outspeeding everything minus crobat he poses a threat to everything with insane attack power and defense he gets a boost from evs to weaken spattacks and sweep. if he dies i have ttar. hes in the same boat potential sweeper for the whole team and trevanat is a staller who can pose a threat and do seriosu damage when he needs a rest he instantly awakes with harvest he can do over and over and his leech lessens the need. his wisp takes damage down and seriously puts the foe on a time limit even if im not attacking. and oviously the pisnisr suggestion has a chance to easily sweep up whats left while hopefully having more of my team in tact... i knwo its alot... A LOT of ifs and whens on some of those strategies but i dont want one strategy then get one pokemon taken out and fail because he happened to ruin everything and if my oppenet can read all these good for them but theyll have a hard time stopping em all since theres bound to be a type disadvantage somewhere. im not looking for my team to work on paper i just like most of these pokemon. I do appreciate advice though ill consider (except pinsir im putting that into use haha)

Snorlax is too slow for Belly Drum. Evasion moves like Double Team and Minimize are frowned down upon competitively because it turns a skill-based game to a luck-based one. I'd say that Azumarill is a better Belly Drum abuser, even though it's slow as well, because it has priority in Aqua Jet.:
    -Belly Drum
    -Aqua Jet
    -Play Rough
    -Waterfall/Superpower
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Huge Power

I hate to break it to you, but stalling with Stockpile isn't going to do you any good, except be a critical hit magnet and make Snorlax setup bait (like having sweepers set up Swords Dance or Nasty Plot on you and eventually break through your boosts). Only Quagsire can make use of Stockpile because it has Unaware to ignore opposing stat boosts, but it honestly has better things to be doing than that.

While it seems tempting to use Drifblim to Baton Pass stuff, there are a bunch of other Baton Passers that do Driflblim's job better, like Scolipede:
    -Megahorn
    -Spikes/Toxic Spikes
    -Swords Dance/Toxic Spikes
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide/Baton Pass
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Speed Boost

For the love of Arceus, please don't use Rhyperior because you already have Tyranitar to deal with Talonflame.

And try to break up the paragraphs in the future, as it was hard for me to read.

sorry about that paragraph thing and alright i wont use rhyperior even though hes pretty BA... how does a normal houndoom sound? i know completely different role. but i dont have many quick sweepers Mega face not included.

If i had houndoom in for rhyperior should i use a blissey for sp def wall and then maybe some sort of type coverage sweeper? i sorta just like droning on with pokemon like umbreon. once i forgot to choose my other pokemon and ko'd 6 pokemon with it. anything not an umbreon thats like an umbreon? Venasaur? maybe?

i have a iv/ev trained metagross would he be viable? i have a beast gardevoir too good spd coverage and could switch into an outrage? and ive always wanted to try out a dusknoir is he up for any good metagame?

Houndoom's Mega form is the sole reason why it should be used in OU. Don't bother with its regular form.

Metagross isn't that good anymore in OU because it didn't change much in the generation shift and it also gained weaknesses to Dark and Ghost. Same goes for Dusknoir.

Gardevoir's Mega form is also the only reason to use it in OU.

While Venusaur is viable in OU, only its Mega form sees use outside of Sun teams. Its regular form is commonly seen in Sun teams due to Chlorophyll. A Pokemon that plays a role similar to Umbreon while also filling in your Fairy slot is Sylveon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell/Calm Mind
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate
