This is the team I have been using on the suspect ladder, this was originally thrown together quickly in my eagerness to have a try at the ladder and I made changes as I went. It's done okay allowing me to reach a top of 32nd on the Suspect Ladder with a CRE of 1462. I'm nearly going to retire this team so I hope you guys can help me improve it.

    In-Depth Look

[PokeCommunity.com] Team Assman Flexion (6000th on leaderboard)

    Metagross @ Lum Berry
    Nature : Adamant
    EV : 252 HP / 232 Atk / 12 Def / 12 Spe
    - Stealth Rock
    - Meteor Mash
    - Bullet Punch
    - Explosion

Metagross is here as my lead simply because I needed rocks but I also wanted something that does heaps of damage in the process. He fares well against most leads and has been very reliable.

    Latias @ Life Orb
    Nature : Timid
    EV : 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
    - Calm Mind
    - Recover
    - Surf
    - Dragon Pulse

Latias covers Metagross very well and is basically here to hurt some stuff early-game. She also serves as a reasonable check to Garchomp(bar Scarf and stupid Haban Chomp) and Manaphy. Latias is just a great sweeper with great resistances and immunities that help the team.

    Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
    Nature : Jolly
    EV : 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    - Outrage
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Dragon Claw

Garchomp is such a great revenge-killer, it covers so many threats and has the speed to outspeed them and the power to actually kill what it's meant to. He basically revenges anything that gives me problems like other Chomp, DDTar. Gyarados and Latias. He is definitely my MVP.

    Scizor @ Choice Band
    Nature : Adamant
    EV : 212 HP / 216 Atk / 80 SpD
    - Bullet Punch
    - U-Turn
    - Superpower
    - Pursuit

CBScizor helps me scout with U-Turn to give me the upper-hand plus he Pursuits stuff like Latias and Gengar to make life easier for my sweepers. More SpD lets him endure special hits easier.

    Tyranitar @ Life Orb
    Nature : Jolly
    EV : 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    - Dragon Dance
    - Crunch
    - Stone Edge
    - Aqua Tail / Fire Punch

Tyranitar is the first of my late-game sweepers and he also helps bring Sandstorm which benefits Garchomp and helps against rain teams. Basically I bring him out late in the game when I've eliminated some stuff that will give him problems.

    Gyarados @ Leftovers
    Nature : Adamant
    EV : 156 HP / 104 Atk / 60 Def / 184 Spe
    - Dragon Dance
    - Ice Fang
    - Waterfall
    - Earthquake

DDBulky Gyara is really underestimated as a sweeper in the suspect metagame, the fact that many Chomp run Haban Berry makes his life easier. Usually I use him to force stuff out and attempt a sweep.

    Conclusion
The team has done fairly well for me, overall I'm please with it however I do have a few nitpicks. Though they aren't really common on the suspect ladder stall gives this team trouble especially SkarmBliss. I originally tried Magenzone > Tyranitar but then I had some trouble with RD teams and all the Chomp and Latias aren't kind to him either and I didn't find him too useful. Rate away :3

The comments are all basically "Garchomp revenge killers", "Scizor uses Pursuit and U-turn", and "Latias hurts stuff"...this is a pretty obvious violation policy outlined in the S&M Rules, so I'm going to lock this thread. You can PM me an updated version of this, and if it's up to par, I'll edit it in and unlock the thread. But it is hard for raters to change your team other than the weakness you have like basically any kind of stall team when their edits could potentially disrupt the synergy of the team. And since we don't have ANY information about how this team functions together at all, that's pretty hard to do. Unfortunately, what's basically here is cute little pictures and movesets.
