Right now, I'm currently making a rom hack, and I really need some help, but I don't know where to find people. Is there another site, or can I make a team here? Thanks in advance.

Check out the Launchpad, that is the correct place to post a team thread. Pretty sure there are specific guidelines for posting, so check the rules there before you post.
