So use those until you beat XDLugia and LeinGodF8. Then you get an uber dragon.

Head to the front of the thread and read. It is explained. Additionally, you should challenge a specific Commander rather than expecting them to come to you. That is not how these work. I saw your post in the Battle Frontier as well. Please understand that it is the challenger's responsibility to challenge.
