Team Emblem on Pokecommunity

I've been seeing around Pokecommunity the emblem for Valor, Mystic, and
Instinct next to PC member's info on posts. I chose Team Valor and I wanted to know how I can make the Team Emblem appear on everything I post. Any and all help is appreciated.
