Do you mean starter town so yes.

Here is the most descriptive description you will ever see of a city

Irizian Town:

After some thinking I have made the schematics for the first town. It will be a rectangular kind of shape,
By combining a grassfield with a little pond at the bottom.
This pond will not lead to a ocean or a river it will just be ordinary pond.
The grassfield will be divided into five spots.
1: Left upper corner
*Player House*
Just as unoriginal as ever but at least it will work
2: Right upper corner
*Other Player House*
Same reason as 1
3: Right Vertical middle
*Prof. House*
Insert reason 1 again
4: Down Horizontal middle
*Pond*
Just a simple pond around 5x5 big it depends if I want to change this or not
5 Left bottom corner
*Cave*
 
Okay then, I'll start the production of the scripts!

Then the mapper will do all of that. ^^
 
Alright then,I think I will do one or two backsprites today.

Finally we are making some good progress

EDIT:I Did a little experiment with some maps.
Do you guys remember the short cutscene when you enter a forest or cave.And then a image appears for a short while.
I found out that you can change that name.

So if we combine this with Leachy's concept.We get a nice feature.Too bad all the routes would have the same name then.So if someone can copy maps and change their names independently that would be great

Here's what I got so far..

--CONTENTS--
~ NPC's in the first town are 85% done. (The only parts that I did not change are the scripts for the mother, Gary, Gary's sister, and the famous Oak starter script. With the reason of keeping this patch still in a playable state.)

~ I've also implemented the Day and Night System.

@darkliferful Can you maybe already send some of the backsprites (1-75 or something)
 
Don't they need to be shiny because at unlzgba the backsprites are all shiney so I thought maybe these need to be shiny too

Lastly, please put me in-charge of the NPC scripts. I would really like to do all of that to enable our main scripters to focus on the storyline! I promise I won't do anything stupid! xD
 
@darkliferful Is it alright if I index all normaal sprites and you do the backsprites because I did some backsprites but they didn't turn out well.

How's the rom? I know it wasn't a big development to this project, but it's a start right? :P

Also, if you're finished with your duties, please post here the latest version of the rom so that I can do the other NPC's, but that's insignificant right now..

Me and Rayman decided and i will do towns and he will do routes.
