Hello. I'm new to 'competetive' B/W and just finished eving a team.. It's not going well, so i thought some of you could help.

Golem is terrible in OU because of its common weaknesses. Definitely replace that with Ferrothorn:
-Spikes/Stealth Rock
-Leech Seed
-Power Whip/Protect
-Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave/Protect
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
Item: Leftovers

While Umbreon does have good mixed defenses, it can't do much offensively to the opponent. Dragonite can fill in its role for bulky support:
-Substitute
-Dragon Tail
-Thunder Wave
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 252 HP/252 SDef/4 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale

Infernape has one of the best mixed move pools out there, so take advantage of that by giving it more coverage moves outside of its STABs:
-Overheat/Fire Blast
-Close Combat
-U-turn/Grass Knot
-Stone Edge/Mach Punch
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Since you already have a Grass Pokemon in Ferrothorn, I'd replace Shaymin with a Rapid Spinner like Hitmontop:
-Rapid Spin
-Foresight/Toxic
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge/Sucker Punch/Rest
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate

Jellicent needs a few moe Speed EVs to outspend min Speed Skarmory (take 40 EVs out of Defense and put them into Speed)

Froslass seems out of place to me because of its huge vulnerability to Scizor. Since most of the changes I suggested were mostly suited for defense, now I'll suggest another all-out attacker, like Hydreigon or Latios:

-Focus Blast/U-turn
Nature: Modest

The reason why Dragon Tail is on Dragonite and not Dragon Claw is because of the phazing utility Dragon Tail provides. It works well with the hazards Ferrothorn provides.

No, you need a 4th Gen game.

You will need a Ekans, Arbok, Gyarados or Seviper that is male, teach them the Dark Pulse TM in your 4th Gen game (Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver) then transfer them to your Black/White with the Poke Transfer. You will need a female Deino, Zweilous or Hydreigon to breed with your transferred Ekans/Arbok/Gyarados/Seviper.

For Jellicent, you may need to spread the EVs a bit. PlatinumDude can tell you or just look on Smogon.

Try one of these sets for Jellicent:

Set #1 - Utility Counter
Bold nature
Leftovers
Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP, 216 Defense, 44 Speed
- Scald / Surf
- Will-O-Wisp / Toxic
- Recover
- Taunt
