Hi guys, i know i posted for some team help a while back and now I'm posting again cause i decided to make another team. This time I'm trying to make an overall balanced team, a.k.a. a jack of all trades team, so here the current team:

    Greninja
    Item-Leftovers
    Nature-Timid
    Ability-Protean
    EV's-4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
Moves- Ice Beam, Hidden Power Flying, Scald, Protect
(yes i know it looks terrible)

    Noivern
    Item-Life Orb
    Nature-Timid
    Ability- Infiltrator
    EV's-4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
Moves-Boomburst, Dragon Pulse, Air Slash, Flamethrower

    Absol
    Item-Absolite
    Ability-Super Luck
    Nature-Jolly
    EV's-252 Atk, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
Moves-Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Superpower, Stone Edge
(you guys are probably gonna kick him but he's there for my own personal reason)

    Espeon
    Item-Leftovers
    Nature-Timid
    Ability-Magic Bounce
    EV's-252 HP, 4 SpA, 252 Spe
Moves-Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Light Screen, Reflect

    Breloom
    Item-Toxic Orb
    Nature-Adamant
    Ability-Poison Heal
    EV's-248 HP, 8 Atk, 252 Spe
Moves-Spore, Substitute, Focus Punch, Seed Bomb
(Should just be kicked out, ruins the balance)

    Cloyster
    Item-White Herb
    Nature-Adamant
    Ability-Skill Link
    EV's-4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe
Moves-Icicle Spear, Rock Blast, Rapid Spin, Shell Smash

Terrible Greninja set, as you mentioned. I hope you realize that Greninja's special move pool is pretty good; it has a stronger alternative to deal with Fighting Pokemon and Mega Venusaur in Extrasensory:
    -Hydro Pump
    -Ice Beam
    -Extrasensory
    -Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Fire/Grass)/Grass Knot/Spikes
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Protean

Noivern is generally outclassed by other offensive Dragons like Garchomp and Lati@s, due to its lack of power compared to them:

    Garchomp:

    Garchomp:
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Fire Fang
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide/Stone Edge
    -Dragon Claw/Fire Blast
    Nature: Jolly/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash/Rocky Helmet/Lum Berry

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Dragon Tail
    -Earthquake
    -Toxic/Fire Blast
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Rough Skin

    Latias:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Defog
    -Healing Wish
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    Latios:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Fighting)/Earthquake
    -Roost/Recover/Defog
    Nature: Timid/Hasty
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Your current Mega Absol set struggles with physical walls. It has decent Special Attack, so it's better to squeeze in a special move like Fire Blast or Ice Beam somewhere on it:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Knock Off/Night Slash
    -Fire Blast/Ice Beam
    -Play Rough/Superpower
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Absolite
    Ability: Justified/Super Luck

The lack of offensive STAB seriously hurts on Espeon. It's meant to support the team in this case with dual screens, rather than attacking:
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Psyshock/Psychic/Yawn
    -Baton Pass
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Light Clay
    Ability: Magic Bounce

Breloom should be using Technician, as Gliscor is a better Toxic Orb abuser:
    -Bullet Seed
    -Mach Punch
    -Rock Tomb
    -Spore
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Technician

This team is vulnerable to Talonflame. I'd suggest dropping Cloyster for Wash Rotom or Therian Landorus to at least handle it better:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Thunderbolt/Will-o-Wisp
    -Trick
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    Therian Landorus:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Stone Edge/Knock Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -U-turn
    -Superpower/Knock Off
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 140 HP/156 Atk/212 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Rock Polish
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 48 HP/252 Atk/208 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Earth Plate/Soft Sand

I'm actually trying to use Noivern as a counter to the ever popular substitute/stall teams not as a main attacker, and if possible could I exchange Breloom for something else? My Cloyster is actually like my main attacker.

Oh, that reminds me; I forgot to tell you to remove Cloyster from the team. Priority is everywhere in OU (the main abusers being Talonflame and Mega Pinsir), meaning it's difficult for Cloyster to set up and sweep with Shell Smash.

Replacing Breloom with Therian Landorus and Cloyster with Wash Rotom for reasons already stated isn't a bad idea, IMO.

Mega Absol does a decent job at handling stall thanks to Magic Bounce reflecting status moves.

ok, thanks for the help, I'll try that out and let you know how it goes
