cool, and yes that Team members thing sounds good, so, what is everybody's team (preferably excluding legendaries) on HGSS (excluding any gen 4s) or what team (exculding legends and gen 4) would you like to have? and I plan to make a thread on the developing hacks thread when I have the first BETA ready, so everybody chop chop XD. With regards to the title screen, will that work on emerald as that is the rom I am using, also I have no idea how to insert it so will send you the rom later for you to insert.

Hey Boss, how would you like me to insert the titlescreen? and would you like the backround animation changed also, i haven't done that yet beut if you want me to i will.

Okay!!! The title screen is offically completed ( it's a little small because i'm not very good with paint...) i can redo it if you want me to and raikou is on there sooo.. any comments or ?'s

your team is now decided. background ani would be good, if you can do it. my only question is when can i see it XD. also, i have no idea how to insert it, you wil have to ask or look at a tut
 
i can a youtube vid. about the title screen that only you can see ( if we're going to be secretive about our hack... i'm afraid about the animation part though becasue i might mess it up... and i've already inserted the title screen on a practice rom i just need the real thing... And how's our Glistening Topaz rom going?
 
Its going quite well, I have New Bark mapped and nearly scripted, unfortunatly it is taking longer than it should because I am the only one working on it besides you and my tilers (a couple of mappers as well) and yes that YouTube thing sounds good, will PM you just so I know you get this message
 
Okay, i've gotten the Lightning background completed!! I'm waiting for my friend on youtube to put up a walkthrough about how to change the Logo professional style!! When he puts it up i'll completely redo the Title Screen and Post it on youtube (again so only you and our team members can see it; i'll PM you when i put if up; probably this week). I'm beggining to like the progess at which we're going at... Can you give me a little info about the hacks we are creating? I've gotten a little curious because i spend the majority of my time working on Glistening Topaz... I'm also working on music editing, but my computer isn't compatiable with Sappy or Sappy Vista... I can also import 4th gerneration pokemon for our team members if you'd like... After I fix the title screen is there anything else you'd like me to do...?
 
Wow, thanks for your interest, due to you and a couple others wanting it, I will put a bit more info up tomorrow, I look forward to seeing the title screen whe its redone. Would post a bit more now, but I'm on my phone, so I have to wait till tomorrow XD
 
hahah ok... The vid. should be up by wednesday; i still have a bit more work to do and i have to download more programs too...

Hope everybody enjoyed that, may post a bit further at some point, but wanted to give you guys a basic background :)

UPDATE: I plan to release a weekly newsetter with updates and what needs doing. Let me know your opinion on this and if people like it, I will release the first copy later today.

it says i can't vote on our poll, but i say yes anyway. That sound like a great idea!! So if we're hacking Emerald Version then... I need to do something with unLZ-GBA... Can my character's name be "Zach" and can he be the main character's rival for the Team Johto group?
 
Ohhhhhhh.... Ok. The title screen is nearly finished; i just have to input the new logo...

ohhhhhhh, ok... The new title screen is taking FOREVER... The professional way is hard...

Lol, it looks better though. Your effort will be rewarded. Newsletter may be up later, it is currently 1 am and I haven't started it yet XD, maybe later...

Bad. My rom stopped working on me so i had to download a new one and now i'm re-doing the title screen...(says you posted at 3:35 AM)
 
heh... i downloaded another one.. but i had to restart my work.... i'm waiting for my friend on youtube to upload a tut. on how to creat a logo the proper way (i want this to be perfect because i spent so much time and effort into it...)
