Well, guys, the game goes like this(as discussed by me and ominous)
you wake up in the pokemon(or a normal) boarding school
the science teacher(you are his star student) asks you to help him with his latest invention
its in the forest, a machine which takes you to the past!
you test it enthusiastically, but something messes up with the controls(it has not been tested remember?)
you get warped itno the world of pokemon!
will you be able to find a way to fix your time machine and get back?
will you get the courage when the time comes?
will you survive in the world of strangers and overcome your shortcomings?

It all began in the year 2035 when man and pokemon were finally living in harmony with all evil pokemon organizations defeated and the legendary pokemon calmed. But in the far, far, far parts of the earth in the Kyria region slept a beast of darkness, that was spoken of only in legend. The legendary "Shadow Dragon Kyarero".
The darkness that he sensed the years before had put him to sleep with the thoughts that humanity's evil isn't worth his bothering, but the friendship he just sensed had awoken angered him with the thoughts that humanity's lies only continue to wreak havoc on the world. Enraged he escaped out of his prison in Takaria Island and sought to destroy the human's world and all the pokemon he thought were traitors. He searched the region and found pokemon trainesrs still filled with darkness in them. He used it to gain control over them and created Team Dusk which he would use in his plans to destroy humanity.
In the year 2050 the world is barely holding up the only standing spot is Kyarero's home region Kirya which is holding back Team Dusk forces with the brave efforts of Organization "The Phoenix".
"The Phoenix" is an organization formed by those willing to fight for no matter the cost, while others run in fear and try to find a place to hide. You are a rookie who just joined "The Phoenix" wanting to help save the world, but right as you appear it seem's Kyarero has aswell....Is his appearance connected to yours....and will you find a light burning bright enough to defeat Kyarero?
The decision rests on your shoulders..

Oh and nive, GOOD QUESTION.
Well i actually also got confused a bit, but i think Haxo's idea and my basic plot can be mixed up. Because it's the year 2035 right? And your training at a pokemon academy like a regular kid right? But then the proffesor was making a "Time Machine" so he could get the class to study ancient pokemon in the raw enviroment of the past, but the machine malfunctiones and it sends you to the year of 2050 in the future. You suddenly see your friend [Who is your rival with the hood] who has turned evil. You explore the new maps of the future and you try and stop team dusk. At a set point in the game after you get all 8th badges [Badges are Symbol's given by "The Phoenix organisation" officials]. Team dusk hear's you are from the past and they decide to use Kyarero's powers back then when he was at his strongest. You travel back to the past after them, and you defeat them at the top of the mountain. That mountain will be the E4 For this game and instead of the normal E4, Team dusk supremes will be the E4 and the champion will be Kyarero who will use telepathy to talk to you.

Well everyone, what do you think of that?

Oh, also i might redraw Phquall, but i don't know yet.

Jal you are accepted~ Can you start mapping right away? I need the indoors of Zaii academy mapped and the outdoors too. Make the outdoors look secluded and in a sort of Mountain Forest. The indoors is like any other prestige academy you can think of. Glad to have ya on board buddy. ^^

AND TO UnForgiven* Can you also start mapping right away? I need Zaii academy. The design is up there where i told Jal to map it.

So then i need UnForgiven*, JalordaSerpent7 and Anyone else feeling up to the task to map out Zaii Academy. Please make a screenshot of the maps after done.

Anyway, quick question, do you want me to insert the sprites over an exsisting pokemon sprite and edit its stats OR try to insert it in as a whole new pokemon and sprite? (Though it could be slightly glitchy with the pokedex and battle cry...)

after some discussion with ominous, we have made some changes in the story!
First and its finalized we are(the protagonist) a pokemon student
one of the professors(we're his faivorite student) asks us to test a time machine
we warp to the future but some malfunction makes the professor to stay behind and the machine blows up
in the future you are attacked by 3 pokemon(yet to be finalized) and your rival(of the future) shows up and saves you
he then asks you to take one of tthe three pokemon for safekeeping and go and rest up in a village
the guard standing above the village cant let you go through without a pass(the pokedex)
you meet an old lady who heals you and gives you the pokedex
your journey begins!

If you can, can you insert it as a whole new pokemon. Sort of like.
You can insert it over a gengar as a whole new pokemon with edited stats and stuff, but you can still get gengar. Get it?

This is an idea that me and ominous discussed in the chat.
After the battle with phquall, if you didn't catch it a text appears saying, "Phquall is still anxious to see your strength, don't give up now!! You have to befriend him to defeat Kayrero!" After that you re battle him until you capture him. If you run out of pokeballs then a phoenix executive will give you 10. You can only battle phquall if you have 5 or less pokemon in your party, otherwise a pc box will appear so you can get rid of 1 or more.
What do you guys think?

Do note that i made him on a 64x64 background unlike my other creations so he will look small..Pretty dang small...

Ok, I can TRY. But no promises... Like I said the last time, it could really glitch up the pokedex and pokemon battle cry system but I could still try... If not, can I just insert over pokemon we're not going to use?

Kyarero i have mentioned before, he is the ultimate evil trying to kil all the pokemon and humans because he got angered by the trust he sensed between pokes and humans and finds it a lie that the humans are making.
Phquall is the phoenix pokemon that "The Phoenix" have seemed to have heard rumors off and go exploring a mountain trying to find Phquall.
They then find him, the "The Phoenix" guy next to you who is your escort will talk to Phquall as well as translate his noises to your character.

We will have many more legendaries but those 2 will be the main ones. :D

I'm just gonna go ahead and post the shiny versions of the fakemon as I'm done making them. This post is gonna be constantly updated so if you see that Ominous has released new fakemon check this for their shiny sprites. I'm open to any and all suggestions and/or constructive criticism so don't be afraid to say that they're good or complete crap. anyways here they are:

Hello there everyone,
well then first off, i have posted a V.2 of the story that summarises the starting part of the story so yeah, check it out and tell me what you think. ^__^

Ok here's another update, i have sprited two more pokemon.
One being a raremon like scyther or pinsir.
It is called Junrasikaur.

It's again in 64x64 like all my sprites will be from now on, so they might be in bad quality from time to time.

Here's the bigger one of the two the fire starter's 2nd Evo also known as Burspion~

Please tell me what you think of them ^_^ and also if you would like any sketches of them or doodles please tell me and i'll send you some. :)

@Ominous I'm gonna be honest here. Junrasikaur looks kinda funny but I like how Burspion looks. You did a good job on these sprites :). I'll make shiny sprites for them and update my above post. Thanks for making V2 of the story , I finally know what's going to happen, and on another topic, make sure to use the same palette when making the backsprites for the fakemon (you can view palettes with a program called irfanview, google it for a download link). If you don't trying to get the shiny version of their front and back sprites the same will be crazy hard.

As your first official duty i need you to map a couple of maps.
I need you to map Zaii academy. Make the indoors 2 floors, put a few rooms, and make the outside like a secluded areas in a forest in the mountains, there should be lots of trees rock and a path from the academy to the bottom of the map and a garden behind the academy.
Also mind showing me some nice tles you can insert? ;)

Oh wait, i thought you could map, just saw it wasn't there.
Well then can you think up a story for the Legednary Trio?
