Team Rocket Booster resealed?

Hey! I recently bought 4 Team Rocket Booster Packs from ebay but i strongly suspect that they were resealed. Maybe you can help, take a look at the pictures.
They look pretty legit from the front but the back sealing has like stripes over it. I've never bought packs from this Set, but all my packs from other sets have a clean vertical sealing. Also look at how weird the plastic folds.
What you can't see is it that it feels like there's tons of air in the packs, the cards inside are easily sliding up and down.

I don't want to open them because i want to get the money back if they're indeed resealed. Thanks for any help !

Those are heat marks from where they've resealed it yeah. Rule of thumb is never to buy boosters from eBay mate, open a paypal or eBay claim.

Unfortunately we talked via private message because i wanted to lower the price so the purchase wasn't "official".. but i bought from this seller a few times in the past so hopefully he'll give me the money back.

Now where i'm going through my other packs to check if there's something strange, i noticed that 2 of my neo revelation booster look suspicious. When you go over the sealing at the top and bottom you should feel that it's fluted. But partly it feels absolute flat or molted. It could have been done with an iron..

Picture 3 shows how it's supposed to look, the two following showing the "flatness". Seems like both were opened on one end only, probably with the purpose of resealing them right from the beginning.

What's interesting is that there seems to be a pink circle printed at the top or bottom, checked a neo descovery booster to see better and there's one too. Maybe only on german packs, i don't know.

Harder to tell, those could be factory mishaps

Shouldn't it be on both sides then? One pack looks weird at the bottom, the top looks and feels absolute normal. The other pack has a weird top but is normal at the bottom. That's why i supposed they opened only one side to get the cards
