    Most likely not; I'm not quite sure to be honest. If they did make a new Pokemon that can possibly defeat Mewtwo, then the whole world will
    finally be bowing down to the almighty Team Rocket.

    I asked that question because they always wanted Mewtwo back am I right? XD ;
